We called Bob to install a wall oven for us. For some reason it was very difficult to find anyone to do this job. We found Bob on Yelp. He arrived when he said he would and did a great job. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him for other projects in the future. read more

Excellent help and knowledge. Fixed our sliding door in minutes. Fair prices. We will use him again because when you're fair and honest, you will always have my business. read more

My first project with Bob was to replace the cross slats on a wooden patio overhang, and build a valance across the front. Everything turned out perfectly, and all of the corners and edges were completely plumb. The next project was putting up a couple of larger shelves in my garage. They are exactly what I had asked for. His attention to detail is impeccable. Love this guy! highly recommend- read more

Amazing handy work. Bob restored a handmade gazebo that was constructed by my father. He has extensive knowledge and experience in restoring older structures. He appreciated the craftsmanship of the unique gazebo and took pride in making it look spectacular! Bob is dependable and worth every penny. I highly recommend his services. read more

I hate to tarnish what is a near perfect yelp rating but when an appointment is set and he doesn't show up or have the decency to call and/or reschedule it leaves me no choice. Bob - you maybe a great handyman but that is no way to conduct business. I came home from work specifically to meet you, left you a polite message to call me 30 minutes past the appointment time and yet you didn't call to apologize or reschedule. What a wasted afternoon. read more

I would highly recommend Bobby, he put together a ping pong table for me and fixed a door. He was very polite, did a great job in a timely manner and is very reasonably priced. Sincerely Susan read more

If you want somebody who is reliable and trustworthy, don't call Bob. I called him because of all the good reviews I read on here. Got his voice mail, left a message, and he never called me back. In spite of that red flag, I called him again a couple of days later because I desperately need some work done around my house. This time he picked up, and he agreed to come to my house Monday morning to get started, and we would talk about the rest. Monday morning he was 20 minutes late. I let him know I'm disabled (severe RSI means I can't do anything strenuous with my arms). The work includes fixing the lights in my kitchen and my kitchen sink - and I cannot call a plumber to fix it until the lights are replaced in the ceiling. Which I am physically incapable of doing myself. He started by lifting a few heavy things for me, and quoted me a price for the rest of the work - promising to call me within the next day to set a time. By Wednesday, he still hadn't called, so I started calling him, always getting his voice mail. I left some messages, letting him know that because I don't have a cell phone, I was afraid to leave the house for fear of missing his call. No response. By Thursday, I was crying. I left another message asking him to please, please call me back. No response. I could never get anything but his voice mail, and none of my messages ever got a reply. As another reviewer on here said of Bob - it's like he just dropped off the face of the earth. I'm absolutely baffled why he would tell me he was going to do the work if he had no intention of doing it. At the very least, he could have told me he didn't want to do the work so I could call somebody else instead of waiting all week for him to call. Because of Bob, I spent a week waiting by the phone for a call that was never going to come. Because of Bob, I'm still living with a broken sink and I still can't call a plumber because of the lights. Because of Bob, I spent most of Thursday crying. I'm disabled, he told me he would do the work, and then he just blew me off. For the life of me I don't understand why he seems so nice to some customers, and then treats others like garbage. It's baffling. But this is not the behavior of a reliable trustworthy person. read more

Bob was great! He's very knowledgeable about a lot of things (water heater, HVAC, pool pump, electrical, plumbing, installing gate hardware, servicing sliding doors). Fair pricing in line with estimate, showed up on time, explained things and was professional and friendly. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thanks Bob! read more

Can't say enough about bob and his crew !! They came out and installed my double oven very fast and even cleaned up after !!! Very fair pricing too !! I will be using him for way more projects around the house !!! Highly recommend him !!!! read more

Very personable and listens to directions. I had him install all new kitchen appliances. He had several arguments during a long day with his co-worker. After completing the job, I had to call him back several days later because I had water leaking under my sink. He had not tightened all the plumbing connections after installing a new dishwasher. Several days later, I had to call him again, brand new Bosch dishwasher stopped altogether. He said that he had hooked everything up correctly and he would look online for a solution. After two days of not hearing back from him, I called Bosch for warranty support. A week later, warranty repair company came out and told me installation was not correct and a wire in the power supply had not been tightened properly during the install. read more

I had Bob come out and do a couple minor repairs. He really bent over backwards to communicated in a timely manner. He did good work and his prices were reasonable. I think he will do well in this area, he is clean cut, polite, and capable, that's about all I need. read more

Bobby is awesome. Had a need for some quick touch-ups / repairs around the house before having some guests in. He was easy to contact, scheduled an appointment to come by and give a quote. Was prompt, gave quote and returned as scheduled to complete the work. The work itself was first-rate and even required some on-the-job problem solving as one of the repairs was a bit tricky. More importantly, he was prompt, did the work exactly as promised, in the timeframe committed and for the price quoted. You simply cannot go wrong calling Bobby and now that he's in my cell phone contacts it's the only number I will need. Thanks Bobby for the great work and first-class approach. read more

Frustrating. Called several times regarding some repairs and had tenants calling as well. We both left messages that went unreturned, and on the occasion I was able to connect with them, there was no follow-up. I played phone-tag for several weeks, then went with Jiffy Wagon. I hate to give anyone a low rating, but I cannot reccomend this company at all. read more

Last month I called Bobby to install some hanging shelves in my garage along with some shelving in my laundry room and house. He was very good with calling back and showing up on time. Everything he did looks great and more importantly feels secure. I have used a couple of different handymen, and Bobby is the most professional and helpful guy I've used. I would recommend him to anyone and will be calling him again for more work! read more

Great service! A circuit went out in my kitchen at 5am which shut off, among other things, the refrigerator. Yelp said they did not open for business until 9. I called a little before and Bob called back in minutes. He was working another job but took time to come over and was here within an hour. Got everything up and running and charges were fair. Will not hesitate to call with future needs. read more

Bob is a great choice for handyman service. He did a great job installing some door locks for me. When I called and told him I was available only one specific day, he was flexible enough to meet me first thing that morning. Bob is also very personable. It turns out we follow the same pro sports teams, so we had a cool chat about our teams. One more point about Bob - while he was installing the locks, I had a washing machine installed. The installer told me he couldn't finish job because the drain pipe tube wasn't cut open. So they left. Bob cut open the hole without me even asking him. A nice touch! I will definitely be calling Bob again for any handyman work. read more

I was in need of a closet organizational system and did not know where to turn. A good friend of mine referred Bobby who had done some maintenance on their home. How could anyone say anything bad about a guy who shows up on time, does exactly what he says he's going to do, charges a fair fee and does an exceptional job? Bobby has all the tools and all the skills; just don't ask him to go on the roof. Very very highly recommended. read more

Worked with Bob and his assistant. They showed up promptly, did the work as required, were very professionlal and friendly. They priced their work fairly and did as they stated in their work order. Bobby helped me with a handful of projects around my house and I was very happy with the results on all. I'd recommend him to anyone who has anything, large or small, that needs to be done in their home, for a minimum of time and expense. What I really like about Bobby is his range of expertise, from construction type: removing a built in closet from a bedroom (you can't tell it was ever even there), to electrical: installing ceiling fans, to more basic: hanging art, shelving, and photographs. He does everything with great skill and an incredible attention to detail. I should also mention he is very conscious about treating your home and belongings with great respect, he came to do some work on a day it was lightly raining and brought his own towel to lay down at the entrance of my home so he could make sure he didn't track in water from his shoes--class act. Bobby is also a great communicator. Shows up on time. Listens closely to what you want, responds intelligently and comes up with a way to do what you're asking at a realistic price. Thumbs up all around! read more

We needed a handyman at the last min as the person we had scheduled was un-reliable and just didn't show up. So my spouse called Bobby. What a great find. He was so professional and well spoken. He talked to us about our services and how we wanted to do them. We had a TV mounted over the fire place and he took the time to explain the different options with the wiring that we had. He gave us his opinion and did the work. He took his time and did such a great job that he didn't even need to do any patchwork or painting. The TV looks great and the equipment works perfectly. I was very happy and will be using him again next week for some ceiling fans to be hung outdoor. I would definitely recommend Bobby. read more

Bobby is whole-hearted and has a positive, get-it-done attitude. Thanks, Bobby! read more

Bob is a personable young man who did a nice job attaching our bookcases to the wall. It was a difficult project because the wall was very strangely constructed and studs hard to locate. He was on time, went about his business and also fixed a beverage fridge which was poorly set in cabinet and now makes no noise! His price was also reasonable. thank you Bob, you are a pro! read more

Bob is a great Handymen! I called for an issue that seemed to be an emergency and he came the same day. I will be calling Handymen From Heaven again and will be recommending this business to all my friends and family. read more

Bobby is a great person to know! He did some small projects to start, and then we moved on to some complex cabinet reconfiguration. He did a stellar job. He is polite, arrives when he says he will and the charges are clear. Bobby is someone you would like to have in your home. I just can't say enough good things about Bob and his team. I needed a handyman to put together several pieces of furniture from Ikea and hang some pictures in a new office. Bob was nice, personable, reliable, fair-priced and punctual. Plus, his work is outstanding and precise. If you need something taken care of, I highly recommend Bob. I called twice , left messages and contact information both times and NEVER got a call back .

I selfishly hate to write this because I don't want Bob to get booked solid... but he did a great job building out a closet and hanging some new doors. He was fast and came in on budget. After so many bad experiences it was nice to finally find someone who is honest and reliable. read more

A few months ago my wife and I moved into our new apartment but after the first day noticed we had a problem with our toilet (a leak from the water source line and a problem with the chain and main component). Our property management company is based in Huntington Beach and were very delayed on sending us a plumber out here in the desert. Needing immediate assistance (it's a 1 Bed, 1 Bath apt) we called Handymen from Heaven where they had a representative out to us on the same day. Not only did he fix the toilet he also installed our washer and dryer for us. Bobby was very personable and I would definitely call them again should something else go wrong read more

First I am not Mr. Handyman as I run my own business and find if you want something done right hire a professional to do it, so I now count on Bob from Handyman from Heaven to help with my projects and repairs. I have used his services for both for work and home projects. In the office he has helped to repair the toilet which another plumber couldn't fix, and installed our new refrigerator, At my home he built custom closets for us (including shelving, hanging and shoe racks). The work was exceptionally well done, on time and on budget!! I plan to use Handyman from Heaven for all my home and office repairs and improvement projects. read more

We hired Bob to do some work in our Palm Desert condo. He removed and installed a new front door threshold and made it weather seal tight. He did a fantastic job!
