I recently had a new washer and dryer installed, and the installer told me my water valves were leaking and needed to be replaced. This was the first company I called because of their high number of reviews, which I now regret trusting. The price I was charged to replace those valves was outrageous--nearly $1,100, and they didn't even bother to repair or replace the sheetrock afterward. For such a basic job, that alone felt excessive. It gets worse. After doing just one load of laundry, my water heater on the second floor started leaking down into the first floor. This had NEVER happened before they worked on my plumbing. I called them immediately, but they couldn't send anyone out until the next day. When a technician finally arrived, I was quoted $4,000 to replace the water heater. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion. I contacted another company, and the difference was unbelievable. They charged me $2,300 for the same water heater replacement, showed up within an hour of my call, and completed the entire job in about two hours. Out of curiosity, I also asked them what they would have charged to replace the laundry room valves. Their answer? Around $350. So I was charged nearly three times the going rate for a simple repair, and then quoted almost double for the water heater replacement. That's not just overpriced, that feels completely PREDATORY. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before hiring anyone, especially this company. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

But according to the state contractor's licensing bureau, their license is suspended. In February, Sergio charged us for $7300. for a job at our rental unit. In August, we had to pay a plumber to redo this work. He actually improperly graded the sewer line which aimed the water uphill instead of downhill. Now, I'm no plumber but even I know water should not flow uphill. He installed a cleanout 16 inches above ground, creating a significant tripping hazard. He didn't glue the ABS line which resulted in water leakage from the underground pipe. We are retired seniors and this company totally took advantage and scammed us. Further action, on our part, is forthcoming. Just want to spare any others from having to go through what we did.
