I communicated with them through yelp and then we took to contact by phone/text. They were super communicative and prompt on setting up a date for repairs. They worked around my schedule which was appreciated and followed through without issue. I had them work on an outdoor electrical/lighting fixtures and Patrick did it with ease. He came with all his supplies and was prepared, he swapped out my old, ugly lighting fixtures and put in the new ones no issue. He was careful but prompt with getting this task complete. Very nice guy and someone you could trust and who did a honest thorough job. Aside from doing great work and being professional, the price point was also very reasonable compared to ten other quotes I got (yes, I do my research). They are affordable, professional and most importantly they did a great job. Even my neighbors watching from the outside were impressed and came over to take some business cards. After the initial consultation, I waited about six weeks until they could start. I hired them to remodel two full bathrooms and a downstairs half, all of which came out great and completed in a timely manner--about 16-18 working days total. I had to buy everything myself regarding tile and finishes and they provided the rest! If you don't have the truck or the lower back to transport tile, they will pick it up for you. I preferred Floor and Decor based on their recommendation. Tips: - They prefer to use Schluter brand building supplies, so make sure that whatever you plan in regards to shelves and finishes can work with that brand. Best to discuss with them ahead of time. - They will do electrical work, fans, paint and more for an extra fee, make sure to discuss this outside of the original quote - Have all materials--from shower door to backsplashes--at your house and check everything upon arrival! It is impossible to find anything these days that doesn't take weeks to ship, even something as simple as a towel bar. The guys graciously came back a week or two later to install one missing piece from my vanity. - There is a bit of lag in email communication with them, so it might be best to get a phone number for text or calling for better response time Overall, very satisfied with the finished product and how they conducted their business. There are no signs of leaks or poor craftsmanship in any of their work areas, and they kept it nice and tidy. We were very particular about measurements and custom details, and Alex delivered exactly what we asked for. The installers were really professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of our home. They were very organized and worked cleanly. TLDR: Hire this man…read more Found Ali on Yelp to install our kitchen cabinets after our first installer proved to be uninterested in helping find bespoke solutions to the challenges presented by our design. Ali responded very quickly on Yelp and provided what seemed like a good price. I realized that buying cabinets myself and hiring Ali to build and install them would cost several thousand less than the other installer was charging to do everything, and I'd have a better kitchen for it. Ali did a great job with our pre-fab cabinets, and he also built us a custom range hood and stained our floating oak shelves to match. He customized several of our cabinets to accommodate our needs, and always provided a fair price upfront for the additional work. He's been doing this a long time and his experience and knowledge were always helpful. It's clear that he enjoys the challenge of finding creative solutions, rather than dismissing them as "too custom." Everything turned out wonderful and we get a lot of compliments on the hood. Ali was the best contractor we worked with during our renovation. He spent a lot time in our home and was always friendly and professional. If I'm nitpicking, occasionally communication was hit or miss. But the same was true and worse for every single other contractor we worked with during the renovation, so this is just par for the course I guess. And it certainly wouldn't prevent me from hiring Ali again.
