Used this business this AM to clean my dryer vent…read more Let me start by saying, when I called they went out of their way to work me into their schedule due to some issues with my schedule, even coming early in the morning. They arrived on time and got right to work and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned my vent from the access in my laundry room and my roof also to make sure they got all the lint. When services are rendered, they take check, cash, or credit card. My total fee was $80. Well worth the services they provided. Apparently they also do other stuff like pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Will definitely use them next year for my yearly cleaning - recommend them for your home.

Then I looked up FL Air Flow Heating & Air and called them. An employee answered, followed up by text for my information and had someone at my house 4 hrs later. The team were polite, quickly applied pressure to push out the clog, and were gone in a matter of 15min or so. Price seemed fair for emergency service. They came out and said they cleaned out the vent and lubricated the flap on the outside vent on the roof, and to call back if the sensor code came on again or if there were any problems. Two days later, the dryer code comes on again. I called the company back and explained to them what was going on with the dryer. When I asked if there would be a charge. The company explained the service call was still under warranty, and there would be no charge for them to come back out again. They offered to schedule an appointment to send someone to check the dryer vent. The appointment was scheduled on a specific date and time. The appointment date and time came around, and no one called or showed up for the scheduled appointment. I called them and was told they were running behind; however, someone would be out. I was told by the guy who answered the phone that the technician would call when they were on their way. No one ever showed up. No call, no show, no nothing. Total rip off! Horrible customer service. The person who picks up the phone sounds illiterate. Called another family-owned business and had them come out. I told them what happened. They Roto-Rootered the dryer vent and said a lot came out. They checked the roof vent flap and said the vent was opening fine.

When ZeroRez was finished, my carpets looked like they had been through a war. Take a look at these photos and videos. None of these dirty spots were there before ZeroRez came to my home. ZeroRez made my carpets 1,000 times worse than they were beforehand. Absolutely terrible.
