In mid-March, our 2.5yo LG fridge stopped cooling. Since Jax only has 2 certified LG techs, we invited the one that answered phone first - CD Appliance Repair Inc. They came out within a week, said compressor is broken, and within the next 1.5 weeks came out and replaced compressor. I should have been suspicious from the beginning when he said that my fiancé needs to disconnect water line going to fridge. If it was me - I would not even know where to start. So, it is mid-June and the fridge does not cool again, calling CD again, having tech come out, and he says we need new evaporator coil. While looking at the back of the fridge - there is green goo all over the fridge bottom and partially on the floor, tech says that's what he used during last visit to verify there is no leakage. For the next month it is us constantly calling/texting them to get an update on the claim, trying to contact LG via twitter and facebook (call center closed due to covid).Now it is mid-July, CD, when we do get to reach them, claims they don't have claim number/LG is pending approval/part not available - the story changes every time. Finally, we reach LG call center, they already had our info, and claim, and everything ready - they try to reach CD 3 times while on the call with us and with no success. Couple of weeks pass by and CD finally says they are ready to come out and do repair. The appointment is set for morning of 8/21, the morning on 8/20 we receive call from CD that they are cancelling appointment and no longer work with LG (Seriously?!).We call LG, they are surprised to hear that CD don't work with them anymore, and we ask LG to work on our behalf with the only other LG certified tech firm to take care of our fridge. Finally, the other company comes in, the technician looks at the situation, and his verdict is that during the compressor repair, one of the filters was punctured through, and that green goo is actually not supposed to be there to begin with, and there is no issues with the evaporator coil; all is fixed and fridge cooling now. Stay away from CD Appliance Repair Inc, they will drag their feet and lie to you. They even had the audacity to send a "survey" email for the appointment that never happened!

Josh always kept good communication, worked with my property management and the flooring company to get the property ready for the market as soon as possible. As well, he provided good recommendations for resolving problems and options in materials.
