After leaving the shop, I did some price comparisons with other service providers and found more affordable options for certain services. I called back to remove the brake flush and rear rotor replacement from the order. That decision itself was not my main issue. My concern was with the checkout experience. Neal was no longer available, and I was checked out by another employee older gentleman black hair. The interaction felt rushed and impersonal. My name was called, the price was stated, and my keys were left on the counter rather than handed to me.
