This is Hoopers Island new Seafood catering truck. The cream of crab soup was over the top good and kept our hands warm on the coldest January day. The pretzel with crab and cheese was incredible and the taste was just like the street vendors in NY. The pretzel was steamy and hot with the distinct smell of charcoal. just the way I like it! I told him he needs to go to another line. I asked for a manager, first manager told the cashier to put up the belt, he will bag. The belt was broken, he left without saying a word. I asked the cashier to ring me up before she rings him up, his last order wasn't even on the belt. The cashier saw another manager at the next register assisting another cashier. The cashier asked her help. The manager told me to go to customer service to be rung up. I just left! This is not an isolated incident with door dash orders. I am not the only person to complain about the store manager not doing anything with these people! If they don't care about their policies and their loyal customers.
