Acknowledging my concerns, he offered advice and developed a proposal. (I appreciated that he told me where and how I could manage some of my own tree work.) I received an immediate verbal quote; a formal written summary and authorization followed shortly thereafter. As is common throughout the service industry, it did take time to have the work done. During the job, however, our garage door and the surrounding metal casing were damaged. To his credit, he offered to file an insurance claim. We agreed instead on a simpler solution--he offered to come back and seal the driveway at no cost. Since then, I've followed up multiple times over an extended period to try to schedule the sealing, but unfortunately haven't been able to get a response. I'm sharing this not to be negative, but in hopes of reconnecting and getting this resolved.
