Yelp reached out to this company for me and initially the contact was responsive. We scheduled a…read moredate one week out for the owner, Phillip, to come and install my ceiling fan. I reached out the night before to confirm the appointment and was told the next day Phillip was getting sick and he wasn't sure it wasn't Covid. I understood and requested that we push the install date out 1 week at 10:00 am, which he agreed to and indicated he had me scheduled. Fast forward out 1 week. It is now 12:16 pm. I texted Phillip at 9:03 am to confirm he was coming out today to install my fan. I waited until 10:04 am before sending another message inquiring whether the fact I had not heard anything from him was an indicator that I needed to hire someone else for my install. I have yet to hear anything from him so I am hiring someone else for the job. It's amazing to me that a business owner 1) does not confirm upcoming appointments, 2) ghosts a customer who was only trying to confirm an appointment, and 3) is not transparent about their willingness to do the job, for whatever reason. I cannot speak to the quality of this company's work, but I certainly can attest to the fact they have been unresponsive to my inquiries about my appointment and silent on their interest in my job. If they had a bigger job come up worth more money, I would have been fine pushing the appt., out a bit, if necessary, at least once, as I am not in a hurry to have my fan installed. However, just being ghosted is disrespectful and, to me, is an indicator of what type of company this is, which is why I will never attempt to use them again, and do not recommend them. As a final note, I had actually received a quote from another company who was willing to come out the same day of my originally scheduled appointment, only much earlier. That quote was $20 less, but because I had already made a commitment to give my business to Phillip's company, I turned down the other company. I wish now I hadn't.

A recent project involved repairing drywall in a bonus room & installing shelves, plus replacing a couple of window sashes. As usual with them, the work was top notch. I've had some poor experiences with repair companies before, both with communications and with the quality of their work. I don't have these problems with Nashville Pro and will most certainly call them again when I have more things to do around the house.

Ben took on the refresh project of changing out light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, installing a new bathroom vanity, completing a stairwell trim project and a MYRIAD of other projects. The end result was an absolutely stunningly beautiful space that our guests are raving about. Ben took the time to understand the unique nature of a short term rental both from an owner's perspective and that of a guest. That the tiniest of details are important and that things need to be beautiful, but also practical and durable. A huge snow/ice storm threatened to throw our project off schedule but he kept the entire thing on course finishing in plenty of time for us to welcome our next scheduled guest.
