Their estimate was very detailed and tailored to my problems. Nothing was left out. The work involved removing the entire old lawn, preparing new soil and installing sod. Additional work involved adjusting my irrigation system and giving advice on the new lawn. They completed the entire project on time and exactly as predicted; no surprises. As a consumer, you rely on experience, loyalty and integrity of the business you hire. We are sad to say that this company is HIGHLY unprofessional!!! Co-owner Justin Lockridge was hired to paint our factory kitchen cabinets. They have never been treated or worked on since the house was built. We told him exactly what we wanted, white on top and dark blue on the bottom. At first he tried to talk us in to painting all our cabinets white, but after showing inspirational photos he agreed that our kitchen would look amazing with the 2 colors. Because of the difference in paint choices, Justin increased the price of his services by $500. Long story short....The cabinets doors were not seamless, streaks were shown throughout, drip marks everywhere, the primer was showing through, scratches from poor sanding, paint on the inside of the cabinets, paint on the walls, baseboards and kick-boards, splatter paint in our bathroom from him cleaning his brushes, and just an overall mess that left us pissed. It was obvious that the cabinets were poorly prepped, shortcuts were taken, and no time or attention was given to treat each door properly. We contacted Justin with our concerns and he immediately was hostile and aggressive. Then proceeded to harass us via text message. After we voiced our concerns, Justin stated he would refund the full amount $2598, but soon changed his mind after Kay sent her own personal review of his work the following morning. At this point, we were still unable to get a full refund and am $2598 in the hole. Justin did NOT indicate that he was inexperienced and claims that he had never done this kind of work before and put the blame on us for even hiring him. Had Justin been honest about his experience he would have NEVER been hired for the job. Instead, we were treated unfairly. Given that he is the professional, we should not have endured that kind of behavior when we started pointing out his errors. As a professional painter, it's his responsibility as the expert to know the science between the paint he works with and the environment in which he is working in, not the clients. It's amazing how this business is still in operation for the fact that they lack professionalism, integrity, loyalty and respect. The adjoining co-owner, Shannon Lockridge has not even attempted to reach out and settle a compromise.

He was belligerent to my 80 year old mother and myself. Don't question him - he will go off!!!!!! The job was sooooo much worse when he left then before he came that another painting company had to come completely redo everything he did. He is very unprofessional to treat a customer the way he did - his yelling at my mother because she was trying to ask him about the work before he painted it. He promised the job would be done by 8 pm - at 9:15 he stormed off the job like a 2 year old throwing a major tantrum and screaming at us. He kept going outside to take a smoke break and then he left his cigarette butts all over the street in front of her house and the neighbors too.
