Very happy with the quality of work performed by Champion Restoration. Paola is the real deal,…read moreand what you see is what you get with no hard sales pitches or fanciful promises. She's very meticulous, organized & conscientious about providing high quality work. An upstairs bathroom flood required us to go through the insurance water damage restoration process for a flooded bathroom and kitchen. We met Paola during the flood mitigation process, and right from the start, I was impressed by her professionalism & experience. On the first day we met, she assessed the scope of work required in both the bathroom & kitchen, and also noted some damage in the hallway that I didn't see. She did a very thorough accounting, and then returned the following morning to meet with the insurance adjuster to answer the adjuster's questions. Not only did I think her pricing was fair, but my insurance company considered her scope of work to be an excellent value. Paola manages teams of skilled labor, including tile flooring, drywall experts, painters, cabinet builders & general contractors. She also stayed in regular communication with me, dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's throughout the entire process. I was also pretty happy that she stayed on top of her timeline estimate, and the entire project started April 26 and completed June 12. There were zero surprises, and I'm thrilled with the high quality of work both upstairs & downstairs. The bathroom never looked better, and the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. My new kitchen cabinet construction is actually better than original, with solid wood shelving to replace the sagging contractors grade shelves original to the house. The painter also used premium quality urethane alkyd paint for a durable & smooth finish. 100% transparency - I'm not a professional reviewer & didn't receive any money, discounts or benefits for posting this review. I'm just a satisfied customer who had an unfortunate bathroom flood that turned into a beautiful new bathroom & gorgeous kitchen. Very satisfied with the service & workmanship and highly recommend Paola and her team at Champion Restoration.

If you…read moreare looking for a hands on owner and team that delivers exceptional quality results, on time, and on budget, Bar none, they are the best in the business for all the reasons I site in this review. I couldn't accomplish my development and renovation goals over the last few years without them. The breadth of their knowledge and experience ranges from ground up new construction to every sub-category of construction on the spectrum for the simplest of renovation to the most daunting. Interior and Exterior, they have done it all for me to the highest quality. I have been in the investment property business for 20+ years and have worked with a myriad of GC's and sub-contractors. Many have been very painful to work with lack luster results. I am a big believer in doing business with people who do what the say they will do, show up when they say they will, have pride in their results, and attention to detail, warranty their work, offer complete transparency in pricing, contracts, and business dealings, complete projects on time, and have excellent communication throughout the entire process. In construction, to find a leader and team that hits on all cylinders is usually a pipe-dream. Look no further. Thanks Frank, Noe, and Team Complete Builders. Jason Smith Multifamily Properties
