I had an easy time finding the office and parking. - When I arrived, both Dr. Mike and Ashlee welcomed me - they are both very warm, professional, likable, and easy to chat with. I checked in for my appointment on the iPad (again, a simple and easy process) and in addition to quickly confirming my personal details, was able to choose preferred areas of focus for my massage, what level of heat suited me for the bed, and how much chit chat was ideal for me during treatment. It was SO nice going into the massage feeling like it was custom for me, not just a standard one-size-fits-all approach. - After I checked in, Ashlee walked me through the rotating door to the massage side of the clinic (which is lamp-lit and soothing on all fronts), made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable, then left while I got situated. She had extra pillows for under my head and between my knees to ensure I was comfortable in the prenatal massage side-lying position. - Best of all, the massage was SO GOOD. She applied perfect pressure, worked on all areas that made me feel melty, and maintained the right amount of chit chat for me. It seemed like the massage was very limited to the rubbing of your legs for too long and not enough concentration on the foot rub as far as my friend was concerned they were doing something to her and she had to ask three times for them to stop.
