The staff was happy to show me as many rings as I wanted to see. They eagerly helped me search within my fairly modest budget, and they never pressured me to make a purchase I wasn't sure of. In fact, they encouraged me to be 100% certain before putting any money down. At first, the ring I wanted seemed to be out of my budget. The saleswoman and jeweler (Dennis Creaser) were happy to help. Dennis found a beautiful stone of slightly lower karat value. The stone fit within the band I loved and within my budget. Perfect! They made and shipped the ring very promptly. I have since had the ring serviced twice by them - once for a resizing and once for general wear.
