They came unprepared for job I needed done and left my job. An hour later they return and took forever to to a very simple job and then had the nerve to over charge me for this simple service. I called and spoke with Zack (didn't mention our previous interaction at another property) and we made an appointment and he showed up when he said he would - a good start considering previous experience. He then advised me that he didn't have material on his truck for the repair, but would have the screens ready later in the week by Friday. Friday morning comes and I've not heard anything from Zack. Around 1p I called The Mobile Screen Shop and left a message asking about the screens and for a call back. Zack returned my call about an hour later, apologizing for not being in touch - I kind of felt (based on what he said) that my screens were forgotten about, but said Steve would be by my house later with them. Steve did in fact show up as promised with the screens - all good. In the end, it all worked out, yet I still can't help but feel like this is a side gig for these folks or something? I feel like if I hadn't called to follow up yesterday afternoon I would still be without my screens. Lastly, I should add that Zack called me after my initial review a year ago and apologized for the misunderstanding which is why I decided to give them another chance this last time.

He pulled the stacked washer and dryer out from the wall and cleaned every section of the vent all the way to the roof by adding sections to his cleaning device until it came out on the roof vent. He then completely vacuumed all of the dust up that was behind the dryer, checked the air flow of the dryer by going up on the roof to get a reading of the flow rate. He repeated the entire process one more time until he was satisfied with the air flow reading . We were extremely pleased with the results and my wife has see a marked improvement in the time it now takes to dry a load of clothing. We highly recommend Jeff and will definitely have him back every year to make certain the dryer is running at its peak efficiency.
