They seemed like they didn't want to be there and tried to avoid assisting. When we asked for different sizes or items that needed to be taken down, they acted irritated that we even asked. When we returned to pick up our order, I understand they were busy, but customer service still matters. One employee tossed our items into the bag and simply said, "There you go." The most disappointing part was the quality of the custom work. I had monogrammed dresses made for my two toddler daughters. One dress was correct, but the other had the monogram placed on the BACK of the dress instead of the front. My sister's shirt was also off-center. When I spoke with the manager, I was told that "the dresses looked the same from the front and back" and that the employees were under pressure and rushing because they were busy. She also mentioned that they were "young." While I understand that mistakes happen and busy days can be stressful, those explanations don't excuse poor customer service or a lack of quality control. Taking a few extra seconds to verify the placement before putting on the vinyl could have prevented these mistakes. Overall, we were very disappointed because 1) we are on vacation and didn't want to have to go back to get things fixed and 2) because of how the errors were handled. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in both customer service and attention to detail.
