Lack compassion! Having been shopping there about 20 minutes, dinner suddenly and insistently didn't agree with me. There's a longer version, but the short version is that after multiple times asking to use their restroom because I was in the midst of having an accident (bathroom emergency) and refused (with the next one a half-block away), my husband laid our potential purchase on the counter, rushed to get the car, protected the seat, and took me back to the hotel. Great selection of leather products. But absolutely NO Social Distancing during a pandemic. Literally they were telling guests as they walked in that "You do not have to wear your masks in here." Bought boots online, after three weeks was told on back order and decided to wait three months. Wasn't in a hurry and wanted those specific boots. After 5 months told the manufacture stopped making. So requested refund, outback issued refund in email but never credit to the bank. Contact outback and they said check with your bank so we did they stated that no problem on their end and because it was over 6 months nothing could be done on their end. Outback will not answer communication, they have stated things but time goes by and we keep believing. We are hard working Americans and had faith in them but close to a year now from the purchase. read more

I've come out of the shadows to write this review. My girlfriend picked out some card holders for me to look at while I was in the restroom and the lady at the front desk asked her where she was going with them. My girlfriend explained the situation. We didn't think much of it at the time and continued to shop,at which point the lady came running to us and made a fuss about leaning on the boxes. We left immediately. The one star is for the plesant gentleman who welcomed us and pointed me towards the restroom. This is decidedly the worst shopping experience I have had. read more

Unethical!!! You are absolutely stuck with what you buy!!! If something is wrong with your product do not expect them to stand by your word. My 78 year old grandma bought two belts cause the lady told her they could be engraved with her grandkids names at a shop across the street. After my grandma bought the belt the shop across the street said those belts were the wrong kind and couldn't be engraved. THEY REFUSED to do a refund for the $60 belts!!! They refused to stand by their word regarding their products. I am in the college for officer training and this trip is on a tight budget, my grandma cannot afford another set of belts. This store was heartless to take advantage of an elderly woman. They will talk Jesus but they sure let money overrule their faith. It is sad America has come to such greed! These people are liars and rip people off. I ordered a wallet from them. I was charged 51.94 0n May 24th. I have called and left numerous messages. They never returned any call. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They have a terrible rating with the BBB. I filed this morning with the Tennessee Attorney Generals Office. They accepted my complaint and said this business has numerous complaints. Avoid these people. They are dishonest and will rip you off. They charge you but never send the merchandise.
