Jeremy and his crew saved the day and renewed the lifespan of our home. While the original 120 year old portion of our house remained solid, the windows on a more recent 2 story addition had signs of decay to windows. Within minutes of a 3rd party contractor's efforts to remove and replace the old windows, it was evident the wall for those windows was built without drip caps to protect it from the weather. With some windows and trim already removed, the window company advised us we needed a general contractor to rebuild the rot within the framing of the wall before they could install new windows. We needed help fast and Jeremy worked us into his schedule without delay. He provided a crew led by Bobby who had previous experience installing the upgraded windows we'd ordered. They came very early each day and worked past sundown. They screened the rest of the house from dust and weather and installed temporary support beams to hold up both floors and ceilings of the 2 stories while they dismantled and rebuilt the exterior wall. A couple bay window seat and storage cabinets were carefully dismantled, labeled, and stored for reinstallation. The work was conducted without damage to any of the existing walls, floors, or ceilings. The quality of their work made it easy for both us and the window company to return and match the finish to both the inside and outside of our home. Both Jeremy and Bobby provided suggestions and tips on how to solve issues as the work progressed. They were fast, resourceful, efficient, and very caring of our home and the quality of their work. When they were done, they removed all the scrap and cleaned up the yard. They have a "can do" attitude and approach. We'd definitely hire them again and have already suggested Hand In Hand to others. read more
