Each issue is being treated appropriately and I'm finally walking tall and straight with much less pain. Until I started therapy, I would never forget to take my pain medication, but, I do now! My therapist doesn't baby me, but rather motivates and pushes me which is why I'm there. Yes, I'm sore after a session, and that's a good thing. They are very professional, and just good people who care about their patients. I've learned that as we get older, that we must continue to use our muscles, do stretches, and take care of our body's, it's that simple.

My complaint is against one of the ABA therapist in the center, Stephanie Green she's awful to my grandchild, she often sends them home with a dirty diaper and I've often heard her bad mouthing some of the BCBA in the office along with some of the parents, which I feel is unethical.

"Patient Advocates" reviewed my complaints and told me they did nothing wrong while not addressing a single actual complaint. I can't even get my actual complaints addressed because they "won't reopen the review". Parkview doesn't care about patients or providing quality care.

Lisa Douglas focused, evaluated and provided me, not only with immediate relief, but taught me how to maintain her success in my recovery. Lisa is very respectful and personable as she gained my complete confidence during my sessions. The North FW location intake was easy and so very pleasant.
