Dt Sidel listens as a Dr. should. I feel comfortable with him and no trust issues. Genuine and professional!

In every way, Summit Pain Management has helped my situation. Dr. Sidel carefully and compassionately listened, and together we came up with a solution for my long standing pain. And Katie, the office nurse is thorough and kind. Huge blessing for me and by extension, for my husband. Highly recommend. read more

The ONLY reason there's a star. Is because giving a 0 wasn't available I've got a long list of things I am absolutely dissatisfied with. The service and quality oh and ya opps I don't want to forget the office experience First I'll start by The type of pain needing management I have had this condition unexpectedly worsen over 20 yrs my neck c2... my back and right hip area have severe degenerative nerve damage along with a Belgian cyst right inner part of leg and I fractured my knee FIRST...so going on after the first injection right hip things only went bad to worse. then turning over to my hip, to knee and mid back in order to stay on pain management I had to attend these painful injections what a horrible unfair treatment plan. no doubt the absolute in-human... ) treatment their ignorance should have been noticed by someone but the staff is mostly afraid of losing their job if anybody says something, my doctor doesn't understand what pain I was under. And still am in Every single day multiple times a day my pain is indescribable it could be like little fire balls in every spot on my body on a continua's ride with bone breaking pain the pain relief medication, which was supposed to have helped to reduce my pain. ... i never received the adequate amount of relief I needed for my self. I never had any problems asking or telling the truth or what med works what don't and what I feel my body needs more of. I mean come on it's my body plus the injection in my neck made most of the impact definitely I noticed and felt this Dr .. / patient care in this office should have been written up or fired due the many things un spoken about and thought carelessly being unseen unfair treatment judging looking down on the patients my discomfort and their heartlessness makes a disgusting situation in the pain management field the one thing I can see first hand summit Pain Managment does not care for their patients. They only care for their pocketbook. I felt lost hurt, broken, vulnerable, embarrassed, unable to escape my pain or come to the words to express it and to top this I have a choice they get to decide to take a med that will make me get delusions or take a patch that causes me to get breakouts ....helping ? No that's just causing a person to feel trapped and cornered in possibly a way for themselves to have to feel the need to self medicate like I said this office was a joke. I done everything I was supposed to like piss test clean every time I came to every appointment answered every phone call answered every question stayed over hr for my scheduled apt stayed in the waiting area but for some reason, I got unfair treatment and only have the opportunity to go elsewhere have to find a different Pain Managment and I hope that there's none out there. Feeling so much discomfort and feeling unheard There's gotta be something better than this. I hope nobody else out there has to deal with this problem but if you going there, I am guarantee you won't be happy in the next few months. It will happen to you. Look elsewhere soon for your own benefit read more

Medical staff at Rothman rd location was great. The receptionist was rude, and tried to blame the other lady for the insurance mistake she made. When she was the one who processed my paperwork a few weeks earlier. I left because of her rudeness. read more

The Marion Indiana staff is rude, they dismiss your concerns and they don't answer your questions.. they don't do any procedures at Marion they send you to Wabash or fort Wayne. The doctor's in Wabash come in do the shots and leave you don't see their face and they don't introduce themselves to you. I was sent to them by the VA and have reported how they are to the VA read more

Excellent Care! Highly Recommend Summit Pain Management! They gave me my life back after being told that I would live the rest of my life in a wheelchair. I am walking thanks to Summit Pain Management read more

I went there to get treated with pain medication instead of injections. They allowed me to do that and increased my meds sometimes when I asked them to do so. I was very happy with them UNTIL 3 years later when they dumped me "without warning." They made up some doctor/patient relationship breakdown as the reason? I was a model patient. I never failed a urinalysis nor a pill count. They trusted me enough to put me on a 3-month appt schedule instead of the usual once-a-month. I'm deaf. To this day I don't have a clue of "who" I had this "breakdown" with. My suspicions are either they are intimidated by the DEA who over-sees opioid dosing. Or not enough profit for the liabilities they may have. Either way, what they did to me by eventually upping my dosage from 90 MMEs(65 mgs daily) to 360 MMEs(240mgs daily), put me in a horrible position when they decided to just dump me! I had absolutely no problem with the dosage, but through much misinformation, some government agencies like the CDC and DEA see that dosage as very dangerous. The ONLY thing that makes 240mgs of Oxycodone dangerous is when prescribers Force Taper you and kick you out of their care! THIS is exactly what Summit Pain Management has done to me! I now must face horrible withdrawals with excruciating pain unless I can find another provider who would continue to prescribe the same dosage which is next to IMPOSSIBLE in this political environment! (And They Know It!) There are very few things that are more inhumane to Chronic Pain Patients than what they just did to me! At 70 years old with High Blood Pressure and being Pre-Diabetic with Severe Arthritis with Bulging Discs, my future looks to be very dire! With my prior dosage of Oxycodone, I could keep up with my daily choirs and help my wife with our 18 year old disabled child (Downs Syndrome w/ Non-verbal Autism). Now, I will continue to be Bed-Bound in excruciating pain when attempting to do any "basic" physical chores! So this "little" decision they made in (trimming out their liabilities), is costing me my entire Quality-of-Life! Instead, they are literally sentencing me to a lifetime in bed! read more

I've been a chronic pain patient for over 37 years. I've been to several pain docs in that timeframe but have been at Summit for the past 5-6 years. They do an excellent job of listening and evaluating your needs. Several changes they made have been a godsend for me. I drive 2.5 hours one way just to see them but it's well worth it. I have a much better quality of life thanks to this caring group of health professionals. read more

Takes them days to get prescriptions called in. The doctors don't really listen. They just keep handing you pain pills, but they're not effective. Would not recommend this place to a dog. read more

This place needs a 0 star no dr sees you only the NP corutnie gave me a medicine that she knew would gave me seizures then I called replaced it knowing my insurance would not cover it i know people that she gives extra pain pills when they run out who are on state insurance and they know they will get paid the only interest in this practice is money and not helping people out so if you have state insurance this is the place to go they will give you all the pain medicine you want once I complained they said they would not help me and was told to go to another doctor we don't care if you get sick this place needs to be investigated by the DEA read more

I have been a patient for the past 3 years, and while the majority of my care has been good, I am leaving a 1 star review based on my most recent visit. In the past I have always seen a specific PA (Colt Cansler), and he has been awesome! I have also had epidural injections, and SI injections done by DR. Cofman which have been mostly successful. I have 3 ruptured discs in my lower back, spinal stenosis, neuropathy , CRPS, and fibromyalgia so I am ALWAYS in pain. Unfortunately I am also a fairly big guy, and I have tried most other medications none of which have helped. When I saw Colt, he told me to tell him what I wanted, and he would prescribe it, which was great. My most recent visit I saw someone else (Sam Rhodes) He is young, fresh out of PA school, and fairly new to the practice. He asked about my mental health, and I was honest and told him that I am frustrated that I am always in pain. at that point he said he wanted to change my med to something that I have taken before, and it did not work, plus it cost 3 times as much for 30 pills, as what I pay out of pocket for 60 percocets... I explained all of this to Sam, and he simply did not care!!! I finally told him that Id leave, and reschedule with a different provider. read more

Finally, a pain Dr that listens to me and doesn't brush off my symptoms. I've been in severe pain for 4 years. Last place didn't do injections after the my last np there left. I was feeling defeated. My first visit was great and all staff has been great. I'm glad that are working with my specialists as well to find all that's wrong. I'm able to walk a little more, so have pain but it's not nearly as bad as what it was. I can't thank you all enough. read more

Summit City Pain Management is a joke. They only help you if they can make money off you or your insurance. My mother was a patient with them, getting opioids and narcotics from them on a monthly basis, as well as back injections every three months. She decided she no longer wanted to be on opioids and told her doctor, Dr. Roth, as much. They wrote her a prescription for a med without getting prior authorization from her insurance company and sent her on her way, on a Friday. The insurance declined the med and left my mother without any pain meds for more than three weeks, despite constant calls to figure out what is going on. If someone is addicted to opioids, they should be eased off. Summit thought it would be a great idea to just cut my mother off cold turkey. I took care of her while she went through withdrawal. After a month of trying to figure out what was going on, they gave her a prescription FOR THE SAME MEDICINE THAT GOT DECLINED. So I called my mother's insurance and asked what they needed. They needed the doctor's office to fax back some paper work. When we called Summit, they said they had received no paperwork. We called her insurance back and the lady said she faxed the paperwork three separate times. I called Summit back and all of a sudden, they had the paperwork. So we were able to get the medication filled. After doing some research, the medication is for addiction...not even a pain medicine. Once they figured out they wouldn't be making money off my mother, they dropped her and stopped caring at all. Today, she received a letter from Summit informing her she is no longer allowed on premise. IF they aren't making money off you, they aren't going to care about you. Go somewhere else. read more

The doctors do a great job with procedures and bedside manner, but, every visit takes too long to be seen. It's not unusual to be called back to see the doctor 45 minutes to over an hour after scheduled appointment. They expect patients to arrive early for paperwork etc, I expect my appointment time to be respected. read more

Summit pain Management has failed me. They assume no responsibility for their failure in my treatment. Awaiting surgery for six months was unbearable with pain management from summit. I had to pay cash for all my scripts and they couldn't get my injections approved. Pre-op would take weeks and still couldn't get my medication paid for it got very expensive. They blame the system not ones that I even see a doctor I was treated by three nurse practitioners and a physician's assistant. They have too many patients and no one's in charge. So impersonal. When I called you complain to administration they told me to see a family physician. Rude. made it clear they had no intention of filing any complaints on my behalf even though they could have been prescribing sleep medication eight months before I had issues with medication. read more

I have been with summit pain management for 2 years now. My NP Dorinda was the best she cared about you as a whole being not just the pain issues. I have also seen Dr Roth for only injections. I now have been informed they have terminated Dorinda I'm not happy with this. Nor I'm sure many patients. I see a new person later this month, I will give her a chance. Roth and Johnathon and several others during my 5 years .Dr. Dorinda was totally awesome. Listened to everything I said and was compassionate and caring. I have to say as long as you are forthright and honest about your conditions they are more than willing to help you. I think its the best place I've been for help with pain for all my 29 chronic conditions. I have to give a lot of credit to Dr. Roth for having such a great team of people to help us. read more

I live with a lot of pain every single day because of a car accident years ago. The first pain doctor I had was rude and just didn't care. So I didn't go. And I suffered. Years later I found my way to Summit Pain Management, and Dr. Hary Ailinani. I can't say enough about this man. He is a wonderful physician. He listens... he interacts... he's thorough.. and he cares. He really does care. I hope I'm blessed enough to have him as my pain doctor until I leave this world! I highly recommend Summit Pain Management. The staff are wonderful. And I cannot say enough about Dr. "A". If you are in pain... you owe it to yourself to make an appointment with Dr. "A". Dismiss me without trying to assist me with the problem they claim I had. I just read a bad review for Dr. Roth, I have been seeing the Dr. for some time now and told him I wanted to get off the pain medicine he in no way threw me under the bus, but worked with me by tapering me off the pain medication, the next time I saw him he still worked with me I asked if I could stay on them a little while, no problem at a much lesser dosage. I am now working on being off them completely its not easy but can be done with Gods help. As far as wanted to make money off you there have been times of no charge. read more

I used to believe these were good doctors who actually cared about me and my situation. After awhile I realized money is all they care about. Patients are dollar signs, they push injections on you and other procedures that in my experience do NOT work. Everytime I go in there they push for injections or some new technique that will relieve your pain all the while thinking about their quota's. I have lost all faith in this facility. read more

I have been going to pain management doctors for 4 years and it can become very frustrating to say the least and even depressing at times...drs do not give you much time, nurses are often rude and short staffed, they do not seem to offer alternative solutions based on your needs and you do not feel taken care of. Dr. Daniel Roth and staff are amazing at Summit Pain Management. Dr. roth spends time and is very kind and attentive, if you are not comfortable with medicine or treatment plan, then they will offer alternatives and solutions, nurses are kind and friendly, they will do anything in their power to make you feel welcome and help your needs. I am blessed to have found them and I recommend this office to anyone. read more

I have only been to a Pain Management Center twice in my life. Talking about my first experience 5 years later... still makes me emotional. My experience at Summit Pain Management was much better. Dr. Hary Ailinani is the kind of physician you hope to never lose. He has fabulous bedside manner and actually took the time to do a thorough hands on exam which in my experience rarely happens. Talking with Dr. Ailinani made me feel confident that I could trust his care in the future. read more

I have been a patient of pain management for quite some years. I suffer from fibromyalgia, failed back surgery, failed foot surgery and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I see Dorinda Mosbrucker, NP. She is a soul that is soothing to the bone from head to toe. She believes in all over care including mental health. She makes sure I understand the plan of care for myself and has even shed a tear when I had been at my uttermost distress. This is a physician that you want looking after and caring for you. I pray that the day I win my battle it's under her direction and care because she deserves to be commended for the job well done to date. I couldn't be in this battle without her. Besides, my 4 year old Granddaughter loves coming to see Miss Dorinda (to her). She has a goodie drawer that, when it's told by my Granddaughter you would think Nurse Dorinda's office was overflowing with love. Well....it is! read more
