Best Ortho Clinic in Fort Wayne! Doctors and all their staff are amazing.read more

I'm a long time ONE patient. I used to love this practice. Warm, helpful staff from registration to…read morethe nurses in the office and highly skilled surgeons. 3 years ago it started to shift. Rude, cold, registration, longer wait times, lack of response from repeated calls for things like refills on meds and assistance with obtaining disability forms. Not great, but okay... still the most talented and top-notch surgeons. 2026: No customer service at all. Use the kiosk to sign in (try that with a broken right arm when you're right handed). No exceptions. You stand in line and are greeted by a stand and computer screen. Need short term disability forms? Do it yourself thru a 3rd party. Get money elsewhere first! It will take 5 to 6 weeks for them to file anything. That meant 6 weeks of no pay for me. Oh! And you get to pay for your forms to be filed. If there's an extension, you pay again. All without any pay. Need help from Customer Service while trying to file all of this by yourself? Forget it!! There's nobody to answer the phone. Leave a message. They promise one business day response. 2 messages and 4 business days later, still no response. Even at checkout there's one person at the counter and a line. 45 minutes for the appointment. 25 minutes waiting for checkout. They will get you fixed. Again, world class surgeons. But you only see your surgeon once or twice. 90% of your relationship is with the staff. And they have no staff. The phone nurses situation in the spine team (3 back surgeries) is so bad and we'll known in the industry that when you finally have to go to the ER at Parkview, just mention that you had back surgery at Ortho Northeast and they will tell you... let me guess, the phone nurses ion the spine team refused to help you. I value my health, my blood pressure, and my peace far too much. After 13 years of relationship with ONE, I'm done. Good luck!

I recently had an appointment for my knees that need replacing. I have been going to South Bend…read moreorthopedics, they don't accept my insurance so I switched to the in St. Joseph MI. The treatment plans in St. Joseph is extremely antiquated! The tiny mosquito bite "cortisone" shots given are absolutely worthless. It's like I never had shots. It's like they're practicing medicine from 50 years ago. I would never recommend going there. They also did my meniscus tear 7 years ago and I could barely tell I had surgery. I will never go back here ever! I will gladly pay the $1,000 that it costs to go to South Bend orthopedics for office call and shots in both knees so I can walk. In 16 months I will be on Medicare, If it still exists so I can have my knee replacements. I can't believe ST. Joseph orthopedics and spots medicine can even claim they do sports medicine they are a joke. Like everything COREWELL is. Healthcare in Berrien Co. MI with Corewell is a joke!!! I would not take my dog there. If I could give a zero I would.

Everyone else was being called back before my mom and they came in after she did. She had PT scheduled for an hour after this appointment and she had to reschedule because the doctor was seeing er f/u visits before scheduled patients is what the receptionist said. Unacceptable. I get that those are important, however she should have been brought back and seen in between at least or someone should have explained this to us beforehand so we could have called the pt specialist and changed her appointment. Also, supposedly no one showed my dad how to take the orthotic brace off and she was not able to let her arm breath, skin integrity is awful. Her brace was so tight on her arm it wouldn't even come off correctly. Also, the wheel chair in the facility was not the best condition. The handle kept coming off and needs replaced. No communication from the receptionist just oh I need to move you out of the way. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I am so happy with the service that I received this morning at OIO in St. Mary's Ohio. We walked…read morein without an appointment during the walk in hours, filled out a little paperwork and were taken back almost immediately. Dr. Samir Patel was absolutely amazing, his bedside manner is second to none. We also had a wonderful experience with the Trainer, Angie, and another woman whose name I did not catch. Nevertheless, it was a great experience. Great service and although we were in and out within about an hour (to include x-rays), we received a thorough exam and quality time with both the doctor and staff. I will recommend OIO to everyone I know.
