The humans that they do have in the front office are rude! Not just at one office, at every location. That type of service trickles down from the top.

I have been going to Core Physical Therapy for several months. I am in therapy for multiple issues…read more I've learned so much about tendons, muscles, my neck, spine, nerves and so on. Each issue is being treated appropriately and I'm finally walking tall and straight with much less pain. Until I started therapy, I would never forget to take my pain medication, but, I do now! My therapist doesn't baby me, but rather motivates and pushes me which is why I'm there. Yes, I'm sore after a session, and that's a good thing. They are very professional, and just good people who care about their patients. I've learned that as we get older, that we must continue to use our muscles, do stretches, and take care of our body's, it's that simple.

The staff is great but the wait times are so long and no one seems the least bit concerned…read more Staff is patient and professional and I have no complaints regarding how I've been treated as a patient but Lutheran needs to support them and assist them in establishing a more efficient office I came here for a school physical and have spent a total of 7 hours waiting for 3 scheduled appointments (physical, tb read, and another tb test) and I'll still need to get the tb test read. That's a huge time commitment for what was a scheduled appointment . What I've observed by being in the waiting room for such long periods of time is that they will schedule an appointment for you but at the end of the day you're just another walk-in. Come for the staff if you have time to burn; otherwise, you'll want to try another facility.

Healthy Expectations offers a variety of PT modalities: women's health, orthopedic, pelvic floor as well as vestibular/balance rehabilitation. They effectively treat GYN pain, urinary incontinence, as well as any orthopedic problem with joints, spine or muscular weakness. Women who have issues related to pregnancy can benefit from their knowledge and abilities. New Indiana law allows any of us direct access to these professionals for 24 days without a physician's referral. Near the end of that time and therapy is incomplete, the therapist will contact the doctor with the appropriate information to get the order for continued care Healthy Expectations' office is located near Parkview Regional Medical Center with easy access directly from the parking lot. All the therapist hold credentials in their specialties. The office support staff are friendly and insurance knowledgeable. I just completed a month of therapy for biceps tendonitis.
