Office manager/ insurance processor is extremely rude and not helpful. She refuses to file claims with all insurance providers, and will not discuss specifics. Subsequently patient has to file copayment claims, rather than doctor's office filing them. read more

Service was friendly and handled professionally. I was especially happy with the way they handled billing. Most places I leave feeling confused and unsure exactly I'm being charged and what is being covered where. Their billing specialist especially was friendly and helpful and answered most of my common questions before I asked and had answers to everything right away. She was extremely knowledgeable and clearly laid out everything for me. I am extremely happy with my service. read more

Dr. Robison has to be the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and very best podiatrist in Fort Wayne! I have been to at least 3 other (leading) foot doctors over the past 10 or so years in an attempt to find a diagnosis for 2 separate issues. I was told in both situations it was arthritis and given an expensive ankle brace. Finding the pain from blisters and sore toes unbearable (arthritis?) I sought help a year ago from yet another podiatrist, Dr. Robison. At my first appointment he diagnosed me with Raynaud's Phenomenon and made recommendations for treatment. He literally changed my life. Finding it hard to believe my second issue was arthritis, I recently returned to Dr. Robison. He determined almost immediately my severe ankle pain was not arthritis at all but caused by veins in my legs. He referred me to a specialist and after a 90-minute ultrasound that is exactly the cause of the severe pain I have had for years. Again, Dr. Robison has changed my life.....all for the good. THANK YOU DR. ROBISON! YOU ARE THE BEST! read more

He is one of the most friendly human beings I've met, and every single time I went in to his office, I received his undivided attention. On a typical routine visit, he spent 10 minutes asking about my life before even starting the examination, then another 10 minutes checking me out, and then as much time as necessary for follow-up questions. Not once did he make me feel like he was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. As for the actual medical outcome, I have been in good health ever since my first visit with him around age 16. Dr. Ghazali gave me the highest quality of care, and I'd say now as a 22-year-old that he's one of very few doctors whom I would give a 5-star rating.
