Live music
Paul M.

Loved the atmosphere. The hostess was quick to attend to me. Plenty of space in the seating plan allowing for easy conversation. They offered live music which provided great ambiance. My steak tasted delicious and vegetables were aplenty. And everything was reasonably priced. I would definitely return one day. Loved the experience.

Located in embassy hotel. Not sure about the parking, though there is a lot next door & close to broadway. Server was kind, had a fair understanding about the severity of a GF allergy. Had GF pasta dish. Burger good, Brussels also crispy and delicious. Darkly light, live music, chairs semi size friendly.

Whenever I come to Nashville for work I stay at the Embassy Suites Downtown SPECIFICALLY for this restaurant. You can get it for room service and everything is so good. The people that bring up the room service are from the restaurant staff and they are always so nice. My favorite items are definitely the steak sandwich and brussel sprouts.

Hand cut was a great place for our anniversary dinner! Our waitress Caleigh was super nice and gave us great service. The waffle cone old fashion was very unique and really good. The ahi tuna stack was a surprisingly large portion and really tasty. The brussels and the truffle mash potatoes were incredible and I'd definitely order them again. The steaks were pretty good but the bone in New York was slightly overcooked. Still really good, would just maybe order something else to try next time. It was so nice for them to give us ice cream and champagne as well to finish out our meal! Atmosphere was great with the live music too. 5 stars!

Amazing ambiance and excellent food, drinks and service! The ceser salad and Ahi stack was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a beautiful place to eat amazing food!

Lunch spot with friendly & fast service. Ordered the steak salad. Immediately said absolutely not to the steak and swapped in salmon. Salmon is better anyway. Best decision of the day. The salmon was solid, the salad still hearty, and I got all the steakhouse vibes without committing to steakhouse consequences. Love a flexible menu moment.

Lovely presentation. The flavor of the spinach dip was good, however the consistency was similar to that of a paste. That on top of dry bread did not pair well in my opinion. The salad was great, 10/10 highly recommend. The bar staff's awareness of hygiene etiquette is questionable. The lady kept fiddling around with her hair. The male appeared to touch his nose/face. Exposed bruises were on the back side of his hands. Neither seemed to wash their hands after these actions. In addition, the attention to service and the needs of the customers were subpar. The host was not personable. She did not part her lips to greet us coming in/leaving out. They would be better off having a statue stationed at the host stand. The experience here was underwhelming.

Truffle burger with large order of fries

We went out to dinner with a client. The waiter was excellent. I decided to order truffle burger which was good. I added a large fries which were below average and left most of them. Total was $30 for burger with fries in my opinion not worth it. The sangria also was not good. The musician was very good! The place was clean and had a good staff.

Went for our anniversary and had Darrian as our server. He went above and beyond for us. We split a Caesar salad to start and they actually brought it out split! It was a great touch. My husband got a tomahawk steak and enjoyed every bite. I got the smallest steak they had and it was delicious. Everything cooked to perfection and our server was amazing! The decor was cool and we had candles on our tables. Bathroom very clean! We would definitely go back if in the area again.

Raspberry Julep
Kelli S.

In town solo and had a great time listening to live music midweek. Tried the raspberry julep which may be my new favorite drink and something I'll try making at home now. The steak sandwich was good but I'd try something else next time. Good vibes!

NY on the bone!

Steaks didn't have much flavor and didn't care for the butter on top. Definitely not worth what we paid. Okra was good.

We just finished up at the Catbird Seat and Ashley had called next door to see if they could seat us at the Patterson House. As it turns out they could, and they were ready for us when we made our way across the hall. They gave us a choice of where we'd like to sit, and there were two chairs at the end looking out of the windows at skyline of the city. What better way to end a lovely evening with a lovely lady, but with a lovely view and some fantastic drinks? Holland, like the country, greeted us and set us up for the evening. Holland brought great energy, and was super welcoming. They even offered us drinks on the house for the engagement. Totally unexpected, and that just meant we had to have more than one round to make sure that we could appropriately tip and show our appreciation for the amazing hospitality! The drinks were great. I tend to gravitate towards the less sweet. The Japanese Anchorage scratched that elitch very well being boozy forward, with hints of flavors. She had the Late Summer Margarita, refreshing and sweeter. We shared the Thai Tea Banana Colada. Definitely the sweeter side, but couldn't pass up the opportunity. Very good, a little sweeter and a little heavier than I'd normally prefer. It met both of our preferences right in the middle. Compromise, right? Great experience, and would absolutely come back when in town!

I sat at the bar and had one of their seasonal cocktails as well as a manhattan. The bartender, Skye, (who is amazing btw!) took great care of me and even offered me a taste of a spirit behind the bar for a recommended cocktail. The entire experience is worth the price point. I recommend taking a ride share and walking to your venue on a nice evening. I'm glad the Voorhees building is being restored. I'll be back to try their burger!

We went in the afternoon so it was pretty quiet still, but the bar tenders were friendly and helpful. And although I'm not a huge tequila fan, I was impressed with my drink. We walked in around 5:00 PM, and there were very few people in the bar. We had a party of six, so we sat down at a table and waited. After sitting there for a while without anyone coming over, I finally went to the bar. Shortly after that, a waitress came to our table, so I went back and we placed our order. Then came another long wait, we waited about 20 minutes just to get our drinks, even though the bar was nearly empty. On the bright side, the drinks were great. I ordered an El Carajillo, and it was really good! The horchata crème in it was SOOOO good and definitely the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the service issues continued. When the waitress brought the check for me to sign, I realized she had not returned my credit card. I had to track her down to get it back, and while doing so, I ran into another customer who had experienced the exact same thing. They have great drinks and normally provide a good experience, so hopefully this was just an off night. But on this particular Friday evening, with the bar barely occupied, the service definitely missed the mark.
