I text him at 9:25am to ask his ETA...no response. At 12:22 he responds "sorry I missed today". Then at 2:15pm he responds again, I'm sorry I couldn't do it. I was in a situation. Can I come next week. My entire Saturday morning wasted sitting around waiting for him to show up and he couldn't be bothered to contact me or respond at any point during the morning to tell me he couldn't make it. The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop.
