It's always nice when you enjoy the conversation as well as the services. Mani/pedi: I've had both Carolina and Teresa. Both girls are amazing and pay so much attention to detail. I have terrible cuticles and they were quick to offer a scrub solution and thorough shaping of nails and cuticles before perfectly applying the polish. They even have some cool color changing gel polishes that are a fun bonus. Massage: Lauren is phenomenal. She listens to where you hold your stress and goes to work on those areas with precision. Both massages have left me feeling like a completely new person. I've had many massages in my life, but few have fully carried me into the next week still feeling the knots worked out. And this is just after a few visits! I can't imagine how I'll feel after a few months. Overall: Indigo is a hidden gem in Summerport - I'm actually nervous to write a review because I want to keep it to myself! Be aware of this doctors office as they will get you confused with another patient at all times as I've listened to every conversation. It's a disgrace and the fact that I brought it to their attention. They hung up with me over the phone. I am in fear for my life with this office and the fact that my mother had to go through such a traumatic experience. This is not how anyone should speak to their elders.

Few minutes later, around 3:40pm, I opened the door and went to the front asking if Janet knew I was there and the receptionist seemed embarrassed and said "yes, I will go back and talk to her". I went back to the room again and at this point, their conversation continued angain about personal matters and Janet had no respect for a client waiting for an hour. Extremely disappointing. 5 minutes pass by and I left the room and passed them still chatting in the hallway with no consideration. I told the receptionist I was leaving and she looked so embarrassed because she could see and hear what was happening. I thought maybe they will realize what they did and call to apologize. NOPE, I guess there is no consideration or customer care. Never going there again, and will no recommend to people. You could the best at your business, but with a treatment like this?!
