And you will most definitely see me coming back here. First time I visited, I went right when they opened because I wasn't sure how much of a wait time it could be since I didn't have an appointment. I waited about five minutes before they were able to take care of me. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. I think I was only in there for an hour and a half again I only wanted something simple and basic so that also contributed to me not being there long. Fast-forward to about a week and a half I noticed I definitely needed to go in for a fill. This time I did make an appointment for 10:30am, I walked in at about 10:12, I knew I was definitely early but I figured I'd take a seat and look at color options while I waited. I did not wait long however they seated me within three minutes of me being there. So I will most definitely give them five stars for how quick they are. This second time around, I did have a color in mine from the first time I went, and it came out fabulous. The nail technician when he was putting the color on did suggest chrome which I have never tried, and I am most definitely glad he did because the color I chose was definitely lighter than what I chose the first time and with the chrome it just made my nails look simple and clean but with a little bit of shine. Definitely love that as soon as you come in the atmosphere and the vibe is completely great. They sit you down and they ask if you would like anything to drink which I love. I usually don't say yes, but I love that they ask because it's just extremely polite of them. My only caveat and I think I might be the only one is, I do wish they would play something else on the TV that they have in there, the two times I have gone they have this baking show which seems great, but I do wish they would play some kind of chick flick or a romance movie or a movie in general rather than a baking show haha. All in all I'm definitely going to keep coming here! I am looking forward to scheduling my pedicure hopefully soon I have not had one since I was a little girl so I'm very much excited. I would say a little pricey for their gel X manicures, especially if you want to get designs on each finger (it's about $15 per design per finger). Other than that this is still a great nail spot! I got a class pedicure ($35) and a gel X manicure deep french w/ a nail repair ($95). I do appreciate how they review the prices with you before starting your manicure so you know exactly what you are paying for! I gave the nail tech my inspo and she matched it PERFECTLY!! They have all the tech's QR codes for Zelle/venmo if you do not have cash to tip!

My Pedi was very nice but the polish wasn't applied evenly creating a chunky look on my big toes. On top of that my gel x wasn't placed on correctly. There was space I could put my other nail down into between the gel x and my real nail. Angie asked if it would be ok to just fill in the space with more gel and cure it...I declined,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL as if I'm not paying $60-70 for my nails. I'm very frustrated in the time that was wasted,I just had a baby so I had planned it out perfectly and was excited and then the job was not done correctly, I feel as if every time I go I always get elite nail techs and never have to double check and can relax, but at this visit I saw my nails turning up and noticed something was wrong. I'm not sure if I will return to this salon again, and I'm disappointed as I just moved to the area. She was in such a hurry to clip my nails off. In photo you can see how the gel x was cured incorrectly with a thick layer of cured clear gel exposed creating space between my real nail and gel x nail.

I came in around 3 PM for a simple acrylic removal, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst…read morenail experiences I've had. One technician started removing my acrylic, but after about five minutes, I was switched to another technician. The first technician was using a nail drill that looked like a barrel bit , while the second technician used a sanding bit. Once acetone was applied, the acrylic on my right hand came off fairly easily. My left hand, however, was a completely different story. Because of the way the acrylic was filed down, the second technician had to repeatedly file my left hand to get the remaining acrylic off. Instead of safely removing the acrylic, she over-filed my natural nail, especially my thumb. The side of my nail was left extremely thin and it is now VERY painful. The difference between my two hands is obvious in the pictures. I understand that nail removal can take time, but there is a big difference between safely removing acrylic and over-filing someone's natural nail to the point that it becomes extremely thin and painful. I am very disappointed with the service and how the situation was handled.

As you can see in the photo, my nails are noticeably slanted to one side, making them look uneven and poorly done. It's clear that proper shaping and application techniques were not followed. Builder gel should look smooth, symmetrical, and well-structured, but this was far from that standard. My nails also hurt/burn from filing. I'm honestly upset with the poor quality of the work.
