From fabulous cycle stickers, to boutique tire valve covers, this shop is a gift buying dream. This chap really knows what he's doing when it comes to cool. The minimal clutter separates this shop from other bike joints. The beautiful bikes are lined up in order of brand with a whole wall of quirky and unusual cycle helmets in the downstairs area. There is also a little workshop where they fit poorly bikes. How cool is that! It's a trek out if you don't live in the area but so worth it for the brilliant shopping experience. A small staff means that you know who's serving you and you'll see them on your next visit, as after the first time, for certain you'll be back. Now all I need to do is buy a bike!

I thought this shop was immaculate looking with all the single speed , mountains and hybrids lined beautifully. I was too busy eyeing up the pink and blue vintage styled ones... don't get me wrong I love my baby but silver ain't my favourite colour. Downstairs had more bicycles with all their quirky styled helmet, I mean I saw a MJ styled helmet and a lovely flowery pink one which they did not have in my size :(. It is also a repair shop downstairs as well. Upstairs with the bicycles are all the other cycle accessories from locks, bells, clothes, repair kits etc. I bought my baby new bell which said "I love my bike" for five pounds which a really good bell not like my bad excuse for a bell that came with my bicycle. I loved my shopping experience here, the friendly staff really know their stuff and gave me a free bag (with their logo on it), which I carry proudly around.

The entire team, (but especially Dave) were brilliant. I didn't know what to expect and there was a lot of planning going in. The On Your Bike team was with me every step of the way. Once I got there, they got the bike set up quickly, provided useful info (the brakes are opposite of what they are in U.S. - good to know!). The bike itself was excellent and exactly what I needed for the ride. They even picked up the bike at the end for a small fee. They made what could have been a complex situation super easy. Fabulous customer service and I highly recommend them.

Everyone that works there is nice and helpful, and happy to make you a cup of coffee while you wait. However, after a few mismanaged visits I don't plan to return. I had to bring my bike back three times before they could properly adjust my front brake pads so they would not rub against the rim. Three times is crazy. When I ordered a back brake from them, first they lost the entire order, then they ordered the wrong-sized brake and forgot to order a brake lever. What good is a brake without a brake lever?? Come on, seriously. And then when I finally got my bike back, the brake lever they had put on was not the size they told me they were going to order. By this point I was over it so I just paid and left. Throughout all of this, I never received any phone calls to update me on the status of my orders, or to tell me my bike was finished and ready to collect. A quick phone call or two doesn't seem like too much to ask. If anyone can recommend a good independent cycle shop in Northeast London, holler.

First time I popped in just to borrow a pump and the guy was really lovely and he even adjusted my brakes. Second time I had a puncture and I had to push my bike and extra mile, literally, to get to micycle. I asked the guy if I could keep the punctured inner tube so I can repair it at home. He gave it to me nicely packed in the box of my new tube and only at home I realised that he had actually repaired it for me too! How sweet! Third time I had to change my brakes and levers and I didn't hesitate which bike shop I wanted to bring business to. Thanks micycle!

I had the back wheel stolen off my bike very annoying and went into Cloud 9 for a replacement…read more Great service: 2nd hand wheel offered and they were able to complete the work there and then, fitting a new cassette, puncture proof tyre etc. At my request they also fitted some Wellgo pedals. When I returned they had also cleaned up the bike and replaced a fraying cable. The bike goes better than before, and best of all I wasn't made to feel an idiot about my limited technical knowledge. Bill came to £150 but with a voucher from their website I paid £140. I think that's pretty good. They are total enthusiasts! Highly recommended.

This is my absolute favourite bike shop of all time, including ones I've been to across several…read morecountries. The stores is spread out, well-light and airy; so no claustrophobia and squeezing past other customers hoping not to get something caught and pull down a whole rows of bikes! Obviously, makes for a pleasant place to browse at length and at your leisure. The killer for me is that about 1/4 of the wall space in this big store is full of bike gadgets, parts, and accessories... it's a mouth watering and wallet scaring experience to peruse it all and try not to buy everything as a 'must-have'. They have a broad range of bikes and prices to satisfy everyone, large selection of helmets, perhaps a bit light in the 'clothing' department, but with how often and important bike clothing is, not a big black mark for this. The staff are highly knowledgeable, and very friendly and helpful. You can roll in with your bike and they will take a quick look at an issue you're having to see if they can give it a quick fix or advice (although, my bike is from Cycle Surgery, so that may play a part). So far, the staff/mechanics haven't pressured me to do extra work/fixes, and have been honest about what work is necessary. Store hours are another big plus, 8am to 7pm on weekdays, so available to the all important bike commuting crowd and for an emergency repair or part. If heaven had a bike store, I reckon this would be it!

The service that I received from Rowland was absolutely top drawer and his patience and knowledge was formidable as I tried on my fifth pair of cycle shoes. The best part of the service was always feeling that there was no pressure to make the sale with a complete focus on customer service ensuring that not only did I get the perfect pair of shoes but also went on to buy several other great items in their Winter Sale. Excellent store, great customer centric service and a easy to access Central London location 2 mins from Holborn Tube Station. I once went in with a punctured pushchair tyre, and he fixed it for me on the spot which was really handy. It seems like a very friendly shop.
