When I'm commiserating with fellow push-bikers on the sorry state of service in most London bike shops, its this place that springs to mind. Its not that the work done by the resident mechanic on my trusty racer has ever actually disappointed me, nor that you won't find some of the best cycle brands and top-quality accessories in here. You will. But I have to feel sorry for the blokes who work here. Their attitude to anyone who walks through the door with anything less than some new-season titanium-alloy construction is a sneering shame.
