He said he needed to remove the toilet to snake the sewer line, and claimed the problem was resolved. However, just 4-5 hours later, sewage began backing up into the shower, and both toilets stopped flushing entirely. I contacted him that evening, asking for urgent help--no response. I called and texted again the next morning, and only then did he reply to say he was on vacation. He offered no backup plan or referral, leaving me to find another plumber to fix the mess.
