I will say of the 5/6 lash extension providers, Trinh makes it to my top 2! She is actually #1 of my personal top 2 because she has such reasonable pricing in comparison to that of my other top provider. Six years ago, I met Trinh and I haven't looked back! I moved further away and still make the drive to see her! :) If you are getting your lashes done for the first time or even looking for someone new due to location, etc....I Highly Recommend Trinh of Trinh Lash! It can be a little scary choosing someone to perform this type of service however, with Trinh you don't have to be nervous, you don't have to worry at all because you are in the best of hands! I already called and texted y'all and I was told the manager won't give a full refund. I understand accidents can happen, but proper wax temperature and patch care are basic safety standards for this service. I wouldn't recommend risking your skin here, especially for something as sensitive as the eyebrow/eye area. The fact that they will want me to go back to their salon. I wouldn't step in that salon anymore. This is not about the money but the audacity of this owner to keep on and on about what they want to do instead of giving grace to the person they caused the injury.
