TL;DR: Quick, trustworthy and very reasonable prices! 100% recommend! The whole story: My car steering wheel started clunking during turning so I knew I had to make a visit to a mechanic. I recently moved so I was looking for someone new. The worst part about visiting a car mechanic as a woman is worrying that someone will see me as an easy mark and overcharge or try to tell me something additional is wrong with my car to get more money. (I've definitely been overcharged for air cabin filters before, at the very least). Anyways, I digress, bottom line is I needed to find someone to repair my car. I checked out Yelp and Hana was right around the corner from my new place. I called and Heedo told me to bring it in and he'd take a look. I drove up and showed him what my car was doing even before I got out of the car. He immediately told me the (suspected, but correct) problem and the cost. I've never had someone be so straightforward with a quote before before and I was unsure if I'd get a call later with a more expensive quote. I also mentioned I was having some issues with my car windows and would like that fixed as well. It was the fastest and easiest drop off I've ever had. I arrived around 3pm (they close at 5pm) and got a call the next day around 2pm and was told my car was ready! I got my power steering pump and master switch replaced for under $600 total, which according to my car "pro" friend is a great price. I called here to ask the cost of an oil change on my old Porsche cayenne. The guy who answered the phone said he will charge me $130 just for labor if I provide him all necessary parts. I know he is not a Porsche Certified Mechanic. He just wanted to rip me off. Places like this in Ktown hopefully will close soon. My car engine is same as Volkswagen. He probably doesn't even know that. Just want to charge more for he heard a word ' Porsche'. I called couple other places and prices were $50 and $75. I do not recommend this place. read more

Want to update my review. I've been coming here since my old CRV (2012). Mr. Heedo and everyone here are efficient and great at what they do. Always the best price. My dad and 3 siblings always take their cars here too. And most of all, always honest. Never had to do anything that's not needed. Went here to get a new alternator last year and was told it's still new (damn AAA lied to me). Asked him to change my brake pads last year and was told it's still pretty new.
