Now it has been more than 7 months, more than 20 calls, multiple promises from the secretary that she would have them come out and finish. Still nothing. My house is completemy finished now minus the plumbing. So it is un-habitable. I cant sell it and can't live in it. One month ago I finally filed a better business compliant and still nothing. Beware because if Powell starts and does finish it, no plumbers in the area with touch the project. BEWARE!
