I brought it to them, late Saturday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend.......The place was loaded with boats, top to bottom....Yet the owner Tom was gracious enough to shoe horn me in. Have a brand new fuel pump brought over. Then himself and his brother Jeffrey . Tag teamed the install and had me out of there in 45 minutes!!!! THERE IS NOT ANOTHER MARINE REPAIR COMPANY ON THE ENTIRE ISLAND THAT WOULD DONE THAT FOR ME!!!!!!!! From Tom the owner, to the entire staff . All treated me great and made me feel totally comfortable . Like I was a customer for years!!!!! Definitely would highly recommend them!!!! I am going back to them in a few weeks. I explained to Jeff who I just met what my problem was. He told me he would do his best to get it repaired and it would take a couple of days instead I received a call an hour later saying that the parts were on its way. that was Thursday Friday morning I received a call saying the boat was finished. They went out of their way. Got the part. Got me back in the water roughly 24 hours between Jeff and Tom. Their service is amazing such nice guys a great place to deal with. they replaced a helm bled the system got me on my way. thank you, Tom. Thank you, Jeff.

From day one rob (manager) has been over the top helpful even going as far as going out with new boaters to show them the area. The dock hands also are helpful. The bait and tackle shop owner Tom is helpful and extremely knowledgeable and enjoys sharing his time and experiences. The corral house serves delicious tapas. And it's a refreshing change from the same old local food.

Once I brought my boat over to the marina I usually dealt with Vinny who is one of the nicest young man that I have met in a long time. Vinny goes above and beyond to make sure all the customers are happy and getting whatever they need to have a great day on the water. This is a very nice place to keep your boat as they care about all their customers.

Despite having less than 30 hours on it, the engine wasn't running properly--and to make matters worse, Suzuki USAproved difficult in honoring the warranty due to the engine being imported. Nick went above and beyond for us. He was diligent and persistent in communicating with Suzuki on our behalf, even when the process dragged on for several months. His patience, expertise, and determination ultimately paid off: he was able to coordinate a full replacement of the engine, which had been deemed unrepairable. We can't thank Nick and the service department enough. They truly went the extra mile, and we highly recommend their service to anyone looking for knowledgeable, committed professionals who won't give up on getting the job done right.

It went so far that for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary at the Fox Hollow Inn in Old Westbury, it was attended by Ranee. Herself coming from eastern Long Island, she did not have to do that. But having her there with my entire family (perhaps 100 people), including a couple that flew in from Grants Pass. It meant a lot. I'll never forget her being there for this. I like the marina, sequestered away in a quiet residential community. If you're looking for a secure marina for your vessel, this one should be considered.
