Don't book with this hotel. We booked in August and both our flights were cancelled. I called the hotel to tell them at 4 am. They said I needed to call 24 hours before. I couldn't because we were getting ready to head to the airport and got cancelled. So we booked another flight but that got cancelled. We even bought Allianz insurance but no one will listen. They are thieves and kept our money- over $450 and don't buy Allianz- I've sent numerous emails and have spoken to people there but nothing has been done. When I talk to someone at the hotel they tell me that Allianz should help but nothing one cares. Such a fraud! read more

WOW!!! This is the cleanest Hilton property we have ever stayed in and we stay in a lot of them! I thought it was a brand new hotel. It was so well kept and absolutely beautiful. The room was extremely spacious with cool decor. It's even pet friendly, they had a jar of dog treats at the check-in desk. But you would never know they were dogs in the hotel, never heard a single one. We loved how they did the little promo with the rubber duck, I hate that we forgot to grab it and take a picture with it on the travel home. We will definitely do that next time! Ryan was helpful, and a very cool guy, personable and friendly. Breakfast was a typical Hilton breakfast. A nice indoor pool with a large workout room. Also, two restaurants on either side of entrance, very convenient! The only downfall was no fan in the bathroom. I will never understand that. But still five stars, well deserved, thank you to the staff and Hilton! read more

Beautiful, obviously fairly new hotel, that did not disappoint. Loved the comfort of my room and how clean everything smelled and looked. I really enjoyed that the bathroom had a shower without tub and the products provided were Neutrogena brand. They do have a gym, pool and a patio off the 1st floor Cafe area that has a very modern looking fireplace to relax near. The snack area has a local favorites sections that sells mini Moon Pies and Goo Goo bars! Love it! Will be recommending this hotel to my co-workers as they come into town on business. read more

I am convinced that the level of hospitality and customer service here could not be topped by any other hotel out there. This hotel deserves 10 stars! We were staying for 3 nights for a wedding and we booked our trip as a package through expedia. Unfortunately, expedia never paid the hotel like they were supposed to and the hotel did their job by charging us for our stay when we checked in (although we already paid expedia months prior) This seemed to have also happened to about 4 other couples going to the wedding. Well, the hotel was ON IT! They contacted expedia, assured us more than once about what steps they were taking to resolve the issue, called the credit card company that they charged, even stayed later than their shifts ended to make sure we knew we would be refunded. They were SO friendly, so helpful and so apologetic even though this was not their fault. I was truly blown away with the customer service we recieved from every employee at this hotel, especially Michelle and Evan. I would highly recommend staying here not only for the fantastic customer service but also for the cleanliness, the comfort and the great breakfast they provided daily. I was excited when we pulled up to Hampton Inn Spring Hill. I made my reservation for two rooms a month in advance for my cousin's wedding. I reserved 2 rooms for my elderly parents, aunt and uncle. We are early birds so we arrived at 1:40 and checkin is at 3:00pm. We were told that the room would be ready by 2:30--no problem. We came back at 2:40-- the room still wasn't ready---a little irritated but no problem. One room becomes available. All 4 adults decide to get ready in one room. They are older and move slower. My uncle walks with a limp. I decide to get creative and get dressed in the public bathroom. The front desk is nonchalant but helpful---no problem. They offered to give us one room free---no problem. My aunt ask a maid if she can use a restroom in a room across the hall---she said yes. I came back to the hotel around 5pm and ask if I can get a key to the 2nd room---front desk agent tells me the room is... you guessed it... not clean and not ready---- HUGE problem. I call corporate. They tell me the same thing. I honestly got heated because no one gets it. I could not enjoy the wedding. Missed a huge chunk of it bc I was on the phone with corporate. I had to explain the situation 4 times. I get to Hampton Inn and speak to the manager and she cancelled our reservation. So this is how Hampton Inn corporate and Spring Hill TN treats customers who plan and prepare. Some of my family stated that they walked in that day and got a room with out a reservation. I don't understand why. They gave us 30 mins to get out and we left peacefully. I think they wanted a reason to put us out. They used the video of my aunt asking to use another restroom on the hall as an excuse. I will never understand why. read more
