We were just stopping here one night on our way north. Staff was nice, gave us some good dinner suggestions (even though it was Sunday and all but one was closed). Room was decent (we've had worse). Really REALLY grinds us when water slowly dribbles out of the showerhead. Ugh. PUH-lease, take the restrictor out of the dang showerhead! We wish we would have stayed closer to downtown but this was just a quick stop. Breakfast was the usual eggs 'n sides. read more

Avoid this place!! First off I walked in the room ate my food, and went to take a shower. I flipped the toilet lid and dried poop was left on the inside of the bowl. The shower looked dirty, the room smelled like mildew. The door had a crack from the door jamb that I could see out of. This place is run down and needs remodeled.. if it wasn't for me being in a semi-truck day-cab I would leave. The lady at the front desk gave me another room.. in that room I found a bug crawling in the bathroom I found another small bug crawling on my sheets, and hair left on the sheets. Stayed here for three nights in room 308. Two queen beds; mattresses are quite comfortable.. Room overlooks the outdoor pool. The room is clean and nicely appointed with a coffee maker, mini fridge, and mini microwave. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbors talking as though they were in your room. I was disappointed to find out that the a/c unit could not be set on automatic fan mode (they've put some sort of glue on toggle switch so guests cannot keep the unit running.) I like to hear the "white noise" of the a/c unit running when I'm sleeping to drown out the noise of other guests, parking lot, road, etc. No can do here. Set your temperature, and the unit will cycle on and off as necessary to maintain temperature. There is a sticker on the bathroom mirror that days housekeeping serviced are available upon request. I did not call for any housekeeping services and was shocked when I returned to my room on my first day at the hotel to find that a housekeeper had been in my room while I was out (my bed had been made, old towels taken away, fresh towels put in the bathroom.) I'm glad for housekeeping services, but I do not appreciate conflicting information. The breakfast has numerous options: Waffles, egg frittatas, potatoes, turkey sausage, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal and muffins, juices, milk and coffee. And, around 3pm or so, warm chocolate chip cookies and white chocolate macadamia cookies are available at front desk. read more

Horrible hotel that double booked our room and therefore we had someone trying to get in our room at 2 am. Thankfully the dead bolt was locked and they couldn't get in. Then the front office calls us right after that, mind you at 2 a.m. after being woken up terrified already to someone trying to enter our room, and they start questioning us as to why we were in the room that THEY put us in. We explained we were given the keys and sent to this room and have no idea why you are trying to tell us that you have us a different room when our keys and key envelope clearly said the room number we were in and what is is point of questioning us when it was their obviously their mistake. Absolutely ridiculous and will be contacting management in the morning to complain about this scary and rude situation. Then right after that a group of drunk and extremely loud people entered the room right across from us at 2:15 a.m. yelling and partying in their room. When we called to the front to ask if they could ask the group to be quiet, the front office called us back again to try to excuse the groups behavior by saying sorry but they just got married and they said they will try to be quiet in a few hours. What kind of response is that and why would you call me to tell me that, it is laughable. The group was loud and partied all night until 5 am. So do not stay here if you want any chance of getting any sleep and don't want strangers trying to enter your room, partying in adjacent rooms with no regard for others around and a front office who does not care about and needs trained in customer service. In addition, the carpet and tile floors are so dirty that it's stained and extremely sticky. The toilet has so much pee around it that it was literally visibly crusted into the grout but especially in front of it and noticeably discolored and crusty all around the toilet. Nasty nasty nasty. If I could give zero stars I would have. read more

As multi-year Hilton Diamond member, it's fairly simple. Book a room, stay your nights, check out....done. However, this was my first "attempted" stay at this location. But.....Couldn't do it! This place was gross. Plain dirty.... Room 1. Unswept, hairs in the bathroom and TP on the floor under the bathroom counter. I asked to be moved to another room. Different floor to avoid same house cleaner. Room 2 ...ugh... Toenail clippings on the carpet. Some random muck on the bath counters, etc. (You get the picture.) Hallway carpets filthy, elevators, not mopped or clean. . I'd hate to see what the breakfast looked like. Front counter lady was nice and apologized. I booked to another hotel immediately. With COVID protocols in place, there is ZERO reason for this. Sad. read more

We used Booking.com for our reservation here, and believed we were getting a room with a whirlpool tub. There must have only been rooms with standard tubs, and when we filled it with water, there were bits of black and brown things floating in it. The TV remote was nearly impossible to use, having to mash the buttons very hard. The room was infested with stink bugs. One smashed on the curtain and 4 others flying about the room, which we had to catch and flush down the toilet. One side of the king bed had a loud squeaky spring. We switched rooms, and the next room was better, but we won't be staying here again. The good news is that the front desk staff were both professional and friendly. read more

This hotel was decent, but our room was really gross. We stayed here for a wedding and when we checked in I heard the girl at the desk say "that room shows it hasn't been cleaned yet", but she was told to just change the status which was already alarming. When we got in there the bed was neat and there were towels, but looking closer it was super gross. There was pee on the toilet seat and it wasn't cleaned inside. There was something yellow dripping all down the wall and something brown (I really hope it wasn't what I think it was) smeared on the wall. It clearly hadn't been wiped down or vacuumed because there was hair EVERYWHERE, sticky stuff all over the surfaces and carpet, and lady bugs all over. It was brought up to the front desk and there was supposed to be someone sent up to clean our room, but nobody ever did. I resorted to taking some lysol wipes and cleaning it all myself. read more

Checking was so easy. The front desk girl Miss Sue was very charming friendly and helpful she gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner, and greeted is worth a smile every time we saw her. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only issue was the TV, the cable is complicated, so I read a book. read more

As Diamond club members, we were very disappointed in the service as well as the condition of this Hampton. As we parked in the Diamond spot, we saw 2 employees park in the Diamond member allocated spots. We were not greeted as Diamond club members as is standard in Hilton properties. We had to ask twice for waters and snacks. The lobby area was dark and not well lit. The bathroom walls, door and sink were chipped. We had to ask twice for extra towels. The bathroom and hallway wood floors were sticky. The breakfast staff were not masked or gloved. Overall this hotel needs major updates. One of the worst Hampton Inns we've ever stayed at. The franchisee should be ashamed of the condition of this hotel. read more

My family and I here stayed here en route to the Masters, as this is a fairly decent half-way point between Atlanta/Augusta. The staff was very friendly. They do not have a business center, so the Front Desk staff allowed me to use their computer in the back room (this was kind of weird, but still nice nonetheless). The room/bathroom were of decent size, modern in decor, and as always, the pillows and mattress were great!. The complimentary continental breakfast was good. Standard cereal, juice, bagels, danish, fruit, etc. The hotel is located right off of I-20, so it makes for a great on/off option. There is also a McDonald's/Cracker Barrel within walking distance, as well as a gas station across the street. read more

So, I have stayed in some ridiculous top-notch hotels over the years but few deliver the type of kindness shown to us at this hotel. Surprising, right? We were always greeted with a smile. Coffee and snacks were always available. Newspapers were fully stocked. The gym, although small, was perfect for us as it was like our own personal training studio. One treadmill, one bike, 5 medicine balls, mat, and a stability ball. Perfect for the grueling circuit workout we banged out. One of the housekeeping staff came in and asked us if we wanted cold waters and towels. Rooms are nothing special. They are updated and have a fridge and microwave. Bathtub/shower needs to be updated. But seriously, the kimdmess here is great and the rates are very good. We will stay here every year we attend the Masters. read more

No 5 star rating only because it's definitely not nice enough as far as amenities go. I stopped here around midnight-1am the day before Thanksgiving. Alex, the night clerk, was super nice and had the local officer who provides security for the hotel keep an extra eye out on my truck (was moving and had items in the bed). The next morning the lady keeping up with breakfast was equally as nice and went out of her way to get cold bottles of water for me and my husband. The rooms are pretty standard, get what you pay for types. Nothing fancy, but clean with plenty of towels and a comfortable enough bed. I would stay here again based solely off of how great the staff was. read more

Overall, the hotel wasn't bad- my complaint was there was makeup all over our linens- and it wasn't mine. I know the linens aren't switched out after each guest- that's nothing new....but they need to be looking closer because it was gross feeling like I slept on someone else's filth. Lol. My boyfriend and I stopped in here for a night on a little weekend getaway. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk wasn't very welcoming, but there were warm cookies as advertised. The room was fine, nothing special, but the bed was nice and comfy! We did have a problem with the shower, which we called about, but was never fixed. It was a very average hotel, but considering the fact it was right off the highway in a small town, that was to be expected. However, the breakfast in the morning was great! They had lots of options and the lady working the breakfast area, Pat, was so sweet and helpful! We got to breakfast around 10 and found out she had been up since 3:30 preparing everything. She made sure everyone had what they wanted and made the whole atmosphere as cheerful as herself! Overall, the hotel was fine, but it worked well for us. read more
