The front desk was very courteous and efficient. The room I had on the third floor was very very humid and had a mildew feeling- wouldn't be surprised at all if there was mold in the walls. With the condition of the carpet and walls and the humidity etc, I had to try my best not to think about the germs that must be around. My best advice is to stay a night, bring some sort of disinfectant with you, rack up a few IHG points, and get out of there before you catch something.

A few things were broken which included the laundry machine and the printer in the business center. If you are part of the loyalty program, they won't acknowledge or care about that. Personalities are lacking here, no warm southern welcome here!

The rooms were clean and had very nice air conditioning. I would not recommend this hotel for people with breathing issues after a long day. Not too sure about safety of the place…read more Cleanliness is very average, and we were told there was no breakfast while it was clearly offered in the price we paid. The manager refused to discount us saying that we booked through Expedia, but we did pay him directly at the location so he could have. The next day, the manager lied to Expedia telling them that we could have taken a breakfast to have to in our room, but that was never offered to us. His second lie was to tell Expedia that we left after breakfast hours (9am) while we left at 8:30. I guess he did not want to bother arranging breakfast just for us as we may have been the only ones counting on it. Disgusting!

The room is clean except in the details: there's dirty along the window-sill, the paint-job on the bathroom door is shabby (the rest of us remove or tape the knob before slapping on paint), and there's some mold in the bathroom tile. The free breakfast is bad even by motel standards; they don't have amenities like toothpaste or a razor, which most motels will provide. So-so.

We naturally expected that when we booked. What a shock!
