I thought I was the the guest and not house keeping. the breakfast is a joke. the serve watery powder eggs, soggy sausages, and the bagels are stale and the have been serving the same nasty food for three years. the only that is edible is the waffle you make yourself! they make you pay the fulll price of the room at checking and then still charge a $100 fee for an hol! what for I don't know because you can't do much more damage that already exist! I mistakenly scheduled a pickup with Bulldog Limousine at the Atlanta airport a day too early…read more When I discovered my mistake, it was 6pm the evening before the mistaken pickup day and I was still in Hawai'i on a cruise ship with spotty WiFi. It was midnight in Bogart, GA. I had to let Bulldog Limousine know my error, but with only 6 hours lead time, and it being the middle of the night in GA, there wasn't much hope of Bulldog reading my message. I sent an email anyway with fingers crossed, letting them know of my mistake and requesting they change my pickup day to the following day. Within 10 minutes of sending the email, I received a text from Bulldog Limousine's manager, letting me know he had received my email and had made the change, assuring me I would be picked up the following day. I recommend Bulldog Limousine Service to everyone I know. Their vehicles are clean and well maintained, AND their service cannot be underestimated. I learned you don't need a rental car if you're staying in downtown Athens, and finding my way to the rental car return at the Atlanta airport was a nightmare. This year, I went with Bulldog Limousine. The drivers, both nice guys, were great, and both trips were effortless. For instance, on my return from Athens to the Atlanta airport, the driver knew just where to go and dropped me off right in front of the Delta check in area for my flight home. We checked in and was also able to get late check-out. Our room overlooked the parking area and out into the nearby businesses. I liked the layout of the room [as you walk in, the door opens to the kitchen and a high counter separates the living/work space. The bedroom and bathroom are to the left out of direct site if the main door was open]. It was also clean and comfortable. The room is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator and a 2-burner stove (we didn't use since it was a short stay). There was also a dishwasher we did not use. Complementary breakfast was very good. There was an egg & spinach quich that was delicious! Cheddar biscuits and other pastries was also available along with muffins, boiled eggs, oatmeal & other cereals, yogurt, fruits, and a coffee bar. Nearby, there is a publix supermarket and a few fast food eateries within walking distance. The hotel offered ample parking and a well-lit lot. I did not use any other amenities, so I cannot speak for those. However, everything I used was amazing! I would definitely stay here again.
