Couple minutes later, I receive a rude voicemail on my cell from the front desk saying that check out time is 11AM. Then another call to the room (again before noon) and I angrily said the sign on the door says noon. Gave the front desk attendant a piece of my mind on the way out. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing. The continental breakfast was better than I had ever had at any other hotel. There were cheese omelettes. They had fresh scones. They had fresh bagels. They had orange juice, grape juice, and apple juice. They had waffles. They had three different kinds of cereal for the kids. They had oatmeal, and flavor toppings for those that did not want plain oatmeal. They had several different kinds of coffee. They had several different kinds of milk to suit all needs. They have a very nice pool area. Everything was clean and sanitized. The hallways were clean and very well lit. It felt very secure. I give it five stars. read more

Came here for the first time due to a work trip. The choices of hotels specifically in this area were pretty hard to choose from considering they weren't the best looking, but the best out of the choices. The front desk ladies that I've encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The lobby area is a decent size and pretty nice. They serve hot breakfast every morning from 6am for free. They have surgical face masks and gloves for guests to wear before entering the breakfast area. The selections aren't the greatest, but it better than nothing. Lunch and dinner is not served here. The staff who watches breakfast does a good job making sure everything is stocked. They have oatmeal, cereal, boiled and scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, bagel and bread, coffee, tea, and juice, and fruits. The gym is super small and have dumbbells up to 50lbs. and have a single adjustable bench. There are a few balls, treadmills, bike, and elliptical machine. A few of them are out of service. They offer towels and they sanitize the gym after every use. The laundry room is located only on the 2nd floor and it sucks because there's only one washing machine and one dryer for the WHOLE hotel. The small pool and jacuzzi has been closed down due to COVID. The room that I got was on the 3rd floor and it's pretty decent. There's a large air conditioned unit, 2 queen sized beds, and an average hotel restroom. It's well stocked, but the ice bucket was pretty dirty with stains and the vents have thick dust balls. From what I heard, housekeeping will clean your room upon request due to the storage of staff. The parking is pretty huge. This hotel is located directly across the Wild Rose Casino. The staff here are very friendly, especially Cathy. She's super nice and made sure we were taken cared of when we were in the hotel lobby hanging out for a few nights. Her kindness and assistance is really what increased this rating to 4 stars. These workers are short staffed and still work hard for the customers. For that, mahalo from Hawaii! read more

DO NOT BOOK. The photos that are reflecting on Yelp are not what is current. We checked into our room and within 5 mins of inspecting our room, we were checked out and having to scramble looking for another hotel. There was holes in our wall in the room, stains all over the wall and BLOOD. The bathtub was extremely dirty, and the light fixtures were broken, the AC was also out and everything smells like cigarette smoke, once I notified the front desk of needing to leave I didn't receive an apology at ALL. This company should be shut down. read more

I stayed here, and granted it's in January and there is snow on the ground, but the entrance to the hotel and the parking lot was not even plowed. One would think that for liability purposes alone, the hotel management would have someone come clean off the parking lot to avoid an accident or someone falling. The hotel looked newly renovated and the room was nice. However, I had to turn the heat in my room up to 85 degrees just to keep from shivering because I felt like I could feel a draft from the window. Also the hot water seemed to stop working as well. Granted a lot of this is common maintenance issue stuff but you run a hotel and it's winter - be prepared. read more

So I stayed here 1 month ago, I gave them a 3 star rating then for no hot water on the 3rd floor and bad housekeeping. Those seem to have been fixed. Now it's NO TV!!! You are a representative of the Hilton chain, this day in age there are SMART TV's with apps etc.... Doesn't matter how much remodeling you do, people thrive on comfort and entertainment!! Quit doing things on the cheap. Upgrade your TV capabilities, he'll couldn't even watch Monday night Football!!! I have been staying at this hotel for years due to traveling for work. It's never been the cleanest or nicest, but it was fine. That was until I stayed there last week. Stayed for one night and by Friday morning I woke up with 3 bed bug bites on my arm, I also ended up having a very bad allergic reaction to them. I called on Friday to alert the hotel (thank god I hadn't brought my suitcase inside yet). Both of the people I talked to could have cared less and sounded like I was bothering them. I talked to the "manager" and he just kept saying things like "well what do you need" and tried to refund my stay which I made it clear that it was on my company credit card that did nothing for me, in addition I had to throw away my suitcase and all of my clothes in the case the bed bugs infested my suitcase. The manager (I also learned there was no GM-which was clear because their was no customer service training), said well I can't just write you a a check for your stuff. I'm like sir there is protocol on how to handle this and he had NO clue. I was so disgusted, I had to walk him through getting an exterminator out and getting a report, I doubt he followed-through. I'm not sure if he didn't care or didn't believe me, either way it was not acceptable with how this was handled. He said he was going to tell the owner on Monday, haven't heard from them. I am calling to follow up, but for a Hilton-terrible customer service. read more

Husband and I stayed here two nights for a family reunion in Clinton. Our room was clean and well appointed. Staff was so friendly. We were greeted each time we returned in the evening and told to "have a great day" every time we left in the morning. . Breakfast was great. Lots of options, both hot and cold. Especially liked the scrambled eggs! Will stay here again! read more

We found this location to be a nice as the many other locations we've stayed at. The room was spacious and very clean with all the amenities expected. The best thing about Hampton that we really like is the clean Duvet Cover each time we check into a location. A very quiet place with a friendly staff to welcome you home. We hope to stop here again some time on a trip through this area. read more

The hotel called the morning of our check inn to confirm our arrival. They accommodated my feather allergy and removed the feather pillows and placed our flower delivery in the room prior to our arrival; very helpful. The king sized mattress was stiff which takes big points off the rating since my main goal was sleep. The room got very warm each night, through the night, as we slept. We realized that the only time the A/C ran was if someone was moving in the room (motion sensors?). read more

The entire area stinks like some kind of industrial plant. The facility isn't especially clean. The 3rd floor is so bouncy we can feel people walking by in the hallway. And I'm hearing a booming voice coming through the wall as I type this. Sound nice? We used to have great luck with Hampton. Not so much anymore. Ready to pull the plug and stay only at Marriott or Double Tree from now on. read more

I stayed here this week as an overnight which broke up a 2 day trip. This Hampton Inn has the lowest Hilton Honors redemption levels I have ever seen, anywhere in the world. I didn't know there were Hampton Inns requiring this few points to stay! That being said, the place looks about 25 years old, that style of Hampton Inns, when there were never any "Suites" attached to their name. It is relatively clean and in good shape. The check in reception woman seemed like she couldn't have been bothered when i arrived. She said about 2 words to me and handed me my key packet with my name already written on it. Said nothing about the hotel, the facilities, my profile with Hilton or anything for that mater. Seemed like a person who couldn't make it working at a convenience store, but yet she somehow ended up working evenings at the front desk at Hampton. Go figure! read more

I stay at Hamptons 4-5 nights a week and am a Diamond Member. This hotel management is more concerned about margins than guest service. Only 1 coffee in the room, 1 bar of soap, had to ask for toilet paper, shortage is over. Powder creamer only, all others have at least the liquid containers. No make up remover. Very dissatisfied and probably won't be back. Desk people rationalized the whys. Worst Hampton I ever stay at. read more

The hotel is good... The experience not so much. I'm an honors member and we have stayed here 3 times in six months...working on a renovation of a property. The first time I had pending charges on my CC. Apologies accepted although I had to make the call to find out what the problem was with the CC being charged although my points were removed. Ok... Couple of days and the pending charge removed. Second stay over week after Christmas... Extended the reservation again paid with my points. No communication to housekeeping and they threw all of my food away plus the unopened brand new cans of soup. All restaurants closed because of the weather and the time 10pm when we came back to the room. Waited 5 days after stay and asked to be contacted the day of check out. Finally called the GM. Compensated with one night of points returned. Ok... It was settled. Third stay again with points... Pending charges on my CC again. It's been 5 days and pending charges are still tying my funds up in my CC. Three strikes... I'm upset. No accountability. I travel weekly...I have never had these issues in my 8 years of traveling with business. The staff are nice but untrained. If you do stay here request end rooms as noise does travel. Disappointing but clean rooms. One star for incompetence... It's a communication and training issue. Hilton sent a request for my review... The norm but this time nothing glowing as I would for other properties. Disappointed and dismayed. read more

The room was comfortable and very clean. Everyone was very helpful and wonderful to us. We were there for a funeral all the way from Texas and they made us feel at home. There was hot coffee available all night and after coming back from the funeral we found warm, yes warm, cookies sitting out across from the elevators. Everyone was really happy with those. Breakfast every morning was fresh and very welcoming. The morning we left they feed us before they normally opened breakfast. Made our long trip home easier. Thanks to everyone for taking such good care of my family during this sad time. We will always use Hampton Inns read more
