Where are the faucet knobs? - Room 308
    Vivian H.

I enjoyed my stay here as my plan was to catch some of the Winter Olympics opening ceremony but also to rest up before a day outdoors about 30 min north of here. This is a fairly new property and everything was in good working order. Staff checking me in was very nice and when I got to my initial room, there was no bathtub, so I called down to see if I could switch to a room with a bathtub and lo and behold, there was one available, yea! Room was very comfy and clean, also with small fridge and the second room I checked into had a nice bathtub. But, interesting that the water faucet is not where the spigot is, not sure I have ever seen a bathtub like that. The complimentary breakfast was great, so many options. They even have baby scones, which are my favorite. Bagels, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, all kinds of fresh fruit, juices and coffee. Overall, a great place to stay if youre in the area. Id definitely stay again!

    Love their products though!

Very clean & modern decor. Service by everyone there was stellar from checkin to breakfast bar. The first breakfast day we were there they offered western omelets, sausage and potatoes which were surprisingly good!! They even offered little lunch bags to grab to go - which I grabbed 2. This morning was scrambled eggs, sausage links and potatoes which was just okay a bit watery. Today there were no lunch bags with water available (Breakfast included is one of the reasons I choose this hotel as we are on road trip to 3 states and this assists with cost) The comments about THIN walls are insanely true! We had a loud neighbor we thought was in hallway all night when in fact she was in her room. That is main and only compliant as well as parking was limited at night. (Which is why this is a 3)

Beautiful hotel! Rooms very clean, spacious and comfortable. Noah and Luisa checked us in, they were very thorough. I love seeing co-workers working together and being a team. Breakfast was eh. Will visit again if in the area.

Extremely surprised, as I was expecting an outdated hotel, but this place must be new, everything looked clean and new. The staff that checked us in was friendly, cheerful and welcoming. Check-in was quick and off we went to our rooms. The rooms were clean, spacious and more importantly the bed was firm - which is important to me. We only stayed for one night, left early in the morning to catch the sunrise at the Grand Canyon. The one con of this location - parking spaces - very limited... if you come late into the evening, finding a space might be an issue. Otherwise a great place to stay before heading to Grand Canyon.

Enjoyed staying here. Service good, cleanliness good, amenities good. Heated indoor pool. Strong chlorine smell but that's what you get with indoor pools. I prefer lots of chlorine over someone getting sick or catching something. Bathrooms and water available in pool area. They have hot coffee and beverages available in the lobby including hot chocolate, tea, spiced cider. Spacious lobby/eating area. We had 7 families together and it fit all of us. Free Continental breakfast. Pretty decent. Some type of omelette/frittata, potatoes, hard broiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, bagel/toast, diy easel waffles ,pastries, etc. Didn't ask if they have almond milk. Gym was nice. Couple treadmills. Weights. Only complaint were the thin walls. Could hear everyone walking above me. Woke some of us up. There's a McDonald's, KFC, and Taco Bell. Great location if visiting bearizona and polar express. It's close to downtown. With a few good places to eat! About an hour from Grand Canyon and about 30 minutes from the North Pole experience

Stayed here since it's a Hilton hotel and our family member is a Hilton diamond member. Also, we planned on going to the Polar Express experience this hotel was in walking distance. Staff was friendly and greeted us each time. Head of house keeping even gave the kids candy canes. The rooms were spacious and clean. Free continental breakfast. I would stay here again even if our family wasn't a diamond member.

It's nonstop work - from the early morning prep for gourmet breakfasts to the meticulous cleaning, thoughtful decorating, and personalized hosting that makes guests feel truly welcomed. It's exhausting, but when done right, it's magical. That's why we're so thrilled to share our experience at the Sheridan House Inn. This B&B doesn't just meet the high standards of the industry; it soars far above and beyond them. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was evident. The accommodations are among the best we've ever encountered - luxurious, spotlessly clean rooms with premium linens, comfortable beds that invite deep sleep, and thoughtful amenities that show the owners truly care about guest comfort. The Inn itself creates a warm, inviting environment that's relaxing yet elegant, the kind of atmosphere that's hard to achieve but makes all the difference. And the food? Outstanding. The breakfasts are gourmet masterpieces - fresh, creative, and delicious, prepared with obvious passion and skill. But what truly sets the Sheridan House apart and elevates it above and beyond any other B&B we've ever stayed are the exceptional dinners they offer. These are not your typical B&B fare; they're multi-course Michelin-style quality meals that are memorable, beautifully presented, and an absolute highlight of the stay. The location in the charming town of Williams is another huge plus. Williams is a great place to visit - from exploring the historic Route 66 vibe and gateway access to the Grand Canyon, to unique shops, railroads, wildlife parks, and hiking trails. The hosts go all out without making it feel forced - they're genuinely hospitable, anticipating needs and sharing local insights that enhance the stay. This level of dedication is rare and deserves recognition. Is it worth the money? Absolutely, and then some. In a world of cookie-cutter hotels and average B&Bs, the Sheridan House delivers great value through an unparalleled experience. If you're looking for the best bed-and-breakfast getaway - especially in the Southwest - it'd be hard, if not impossible, to beat this one. Highly recommended without reservation. Thank you to the wonderful owners, Debby & Mark, for keeping the spirit of true B&B hospitality alive and thriving.

Everybody we dealt with at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The amenities include an indoor pool and spa, a fitness center, a meeting/Event center, a business center, a pub, a restaurant, and the Grand Canyon railway depot is right on the grounds of the hotel. We did not eat in the restaurant, so I can not speak for the food. You can purchase and all you can eat breakfast buffet. As part of your package for around $20 each, but we did not partake. It was your typical hotel, the room was bright and clean, the beds were very comfortable, the TV got a lot of cable channels, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. For the two of us, with a military /veterans discount, it was approximately $650. For that, we got a room for the night, an upgraded train ticket with the "Vista dome" car, and a bus tour of the Grand Canyon, including a very good all you can eat buffet lunch, and time to wander around Grand Canyon Village after the bus tour before the train came back. The price was high, but for all we got for two of us, it was reasonable. Thank you for a great stay.

This seemed like a big spot in the area so we booked. Now, I'm not sure if there are any King beds, or maybe all were taken, but we got a 2 Queen beds room but needed a King at least. So sleep wasn't the greatest for the 2 of us needing to share a bed. After we got all together and dressed for the pool, we called to see what time it closed to find out it's closed for refurb. Now, since we booked through someone else, this was not told or written down. However, checking the hotel's direct site, they did indeed have this listed. So just a miss for us and if we would have known, would not have stayed here as the child in our group was promised a pool everywhere we stayed during our trip. The toilet paper? It's rough! So be prepared if you're used to bidets or soft toilet paper.... It's a quaint place, but I recommend doing more research and maybe stay elsewhere.

The experience was fully remote, we called the number given and got a code to enter the door and told which room was ours. We never saw a single person the entire stay, although we did hear another guest talking in their room. I think noise isolation might be an issue if all the rooms were occupied, but there was only one other guest that night, I can tell because the other rooms were vacant with door ajar. The rooms are very clean, unique and do have a pretty deep historical feel to it. I greatly enjoyed the decor and bed was reasonably comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was far superior to the motel that we stayed in the night before. The location is close to a few food dining options in town. There is a vending machine in a guest break room with snacks and drink, but unfortunately the whole machine appears to be out of drinks, which was very disappointing. Overall a comfortable and unique stay, but I wouldn't pay an astronomical price for this experience, probably no more than I would pay for a 3-star hotel. I also would not necessarily return, I think one night is enough. Did not meet any ghosts, which is also a plus I suppose!
