Very pleasant experience! Stayed here for one night while visiting the Grand Canyon. We actually ended up here based on the yelp reviews after a disappointing experience at a nearby motel and so glad we did. Immediately when we opened the door it felt cozy and warm. Our room had 2 queen beds which were in two rooms with one common bathroom. Both rooms had it's own flat screen TV and there was a common area with a fridge, microwave, and some counter space. The beds were so soft and plushy we almost didn't even want to get up in the morning. The lodge is just a few blocks from several restaurants, a saloon, and the photographable Route 66. Continental breakfast is also included which is a total plus! Waffles, fruit, fresh pancakes, toast, eggs, yogurt, coffee, and juice. The breakfast seating area is quaint and is right next to their small gift shop. No neon lights or 1960's furniture like some small town motels. Great experience. Definitely one of the better accommodations in the area. Check them out!

A lovely property with two sides that are unique. We did not get the desired side by reservation, but were luckily able to grab a perfect room for our needs. Comfy beds and clean linens. Room layout unusual~~ light switch turned on lights in (double queen) other room.. brief startle. The staff was very accommodating and eager to be of service. Breakfast included on the in the lobby brought hometown touch.

Location is great right on Route 66 and walking distance to everything in town I like the western decor and the breakfast was pretty good with a few tables in the lobby plus there's a little gift shop. They have Rocking chairs on the porch which is a nice touch

Picture from the front door (high top table/chairs and microwave and fridge were to my left).

It's nonstop work - from the early morning prep for gourmet breakfasts to the meticulous cleaning, thoughtful decorating, and personalized hosting that makes guests feel truly welcomed. It's exhausting, but when done right, it's magical. That's why we're so thrilled to share our experience at the Sheridan House Inn. This B&B doesn't just meet the high standards of the industry; it soars far above and beyond them. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was evident. The accommodations are among the best we've ever encountered - luxurious, spotlessly clean rooms with premium linens, comfortable beds that invite deep sleep, and thoughtful amenities that show the owners truly care about guest comfort. The Inn itself creates a warm, inviting environment that's relaxing yet elegant, the kind of atmosphere that's hard to achieve but makes all the difference. And the food? Outstanding. The breakfasts are gourmet masterpieces - fresh, creative, and delicious, prepared with obvious passion and skill. But what truly sets the Sheridan House apart and elevates it above and beyond any other B&B we've ever stayed are the exceptional dinners they offer. These are not your typical B&B fare; they're multi-course Michelin-style quality meals that are memorable, beautifully presented, and an absolute highlight of the stay. The location in the charming town of Williams is another huge plus. Williams is a great place to visit - from exploring the historic Route 66 vibe and gateway access to the Grand Canyon, to unique shops, railroads, wildlife parks, and hiking trails. The hosts go all out without making it feel forced - they're genuinely hospitable, anticipating needs and sharing local insights that enhance the stay. This level of dedication is rare and deserves recognition. Is it worth the money? Absolutely, and then some. In a world of cookie-cutter hotels and average B&Bs, the Sheridan House delivers great value through an unparalleled experience. If you're looking for the best bed-and-breakfast getaway - especially in the Southwest - it'd be hard, if not impossible, to beat this one. Highly recommended without reservation. Thank you to the wonderful owners, Debby & Mark, for keeping the spirit of true B&B hospitality alive and thriving.

The owners are incredible, the customer service is top-tier, and even the little touches (like the note left on the bed) made it feel personal and unforgettable. Yes -- it's the oldest hotel in Arizona... but it is by far better than any chain hotel I've ever stayed in. This boutique hotel has class, charm, and a personality you simply can't manufacture. And if you love a little mystery, you'll appreciate that some rooms are rumored to be haunted -- which honestly made it even more fun. It's nestled in a beautiful little town where everyone is welcoming, and it's just a train ride away from the Grand Canyon. Private parking, a stunning ballroom, and rooms that each have their own unique vibe and flair -- this place is special. Everyone we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. One of our favorite touches was the shared space with board games, it felt refreshing and encouraged quality time together as a family. The whole place is beautifully designed, with a cozy "back to the basics" feel that really lets you slow down and enjoy the moment. Our room did not have a TV, which we were informed of ahead of time, and it wasn't an issue at all since we don't typically watch TV while on vacation anyway. The secure code access to enter and exit the hotel made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing, thoughtful, and memorable experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.
