It was a player piano and vintage. I was worried it would be damaged somehow as it was moved from my living room across town to my mother-in-law's new home. But Nomad-Nordic came in, wrapped it to prevent damage, grabbed it and it's bench, and proceeded to carry it as if it were very light (I assure you it was NOT) and place it carefully into their truck. They left no mess and were done on my end in literally 10 minutes. When they got to my mother-in-law's house, they had to deal with a tricky entrance and take it upstairs to its new home. According to her, they did this with ease and grace and cleaned up everything after. It was so nice to deal with professionals because I've had some not so stellar interactions with movers in the past, but this was nothing like that. Getting the quote before and paying after was simple and fair too. This is why I selected them when it was time to move my sister in with me. This move was from North Scottsdale all the way to South Chandler. She had a ton of stuff and honestly she's not the most organized, so we went ahead and paid extra for their expanded moving services, basically where they will come in and pack for you what you're unable to pack, and move everything, so all you have to do is pretty much drive yourself to your new residence. They packed her home in a very efficient but safe manner, labeled everything, wrapped all of her furniture and larger breakable items properly, and then brought them here to my home. She was moving into a fully finished apartment in my basement which meant the movers had to go up and down stairs but they did this without complaint (at least none I could hear, I'm sure it was god awful as it was summer in AZ) and unpacked what we had asked them to as part of the package we picked. She didn't have to do too much and I'm telling you, it was worth every single penny!!! Like we usually lose stuff during a move and we didn't lose a single item! They are very thorough and organized!! I would use them again in a heartbeat and will if I move again in the future. Daniel and Damon were extremely professional and their team was careful and caring. Don't look any further than Nomad-Nordic Moving, seriously the best in The Valley!!

He provided a test saying leave the gate unlocked and he would be there. I do not always get my emails or texts so i missed the text but the gate was left unlocked. He said 80% of his business is thru text and if the text did not work we should go eperate ways. That would be fine if I would have had an initial call. A call does not take up that much time to call. I would not recommand this guy. His wife acid washed the pool and she was professional and provided excellent customer service.

He turns into an absolute tyrant. He's nosy, constantly up in everyone's business, and acts like he owns your personal life along with the house. He shows up without warning, day or night, and just lets himself in like he still lives there. There's zero respect for privacy or boundaries. It's honestly creepy and exhausting. He flies off the handle over the smallest things and loves to threaten tenants with being kicked out for no reason at all. Living under Quentin Smith Homes has been stressful and miserable. If you're thinking about renting from him -- don't. Save yourself the headache and find a landlord who actually respects the people paying to live in his properties. Lennar Home Builders use trades that do care about their workmanship. We have 111 defects where they basically is taking the home apart and redoing, repairing and replacing things. Still was a defect on the inspection report this builder has been in and out our home since July 2024 and we still are no closer to this house becoming a home! Every time we think it fixed the repairs fail and something else falls apart. I have had to use sick days and my pto days with no Compensation for Their screw up !!! We could not enjoy the house , Thanksgiving now Christmas We haven't even unpacked all of our things because of this nightmare. The house is truly a lemon house and you should be very careful before going with Lennar as your builder.
