The only thing that would be better than using Strebel's would be having a washer and dryer in my…read moreplace. Anyways, it must be said I use their laundry service, not their laundromat. I have a really busy schedule and I don't really want to waste the very little time off that I have sitting around doing laundry (personal opinion), but I heard that they had a laundry service when I actually went to their laundromat. I was extremely pleased with their service, they fold and hang my laundry, I have a next day turn around. They are also open year round and the girls are awesome. I have been using strebel's for 4 months now and have no complaints. One tip if you want to use their laundry service: they work by weight, so the more laundry you have the cheaper it gets.

Save your time, money, and clothing, and find somewhere else to get your laundry/dry cleaning done…read more This place charges astronomical prices and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never been compelled to write a negative review before today-- but it was THAT bad. They charged me $190 to dry clean 4 dresses and a light coat. 3/4 of the dresses were returned with the existing stains still visible, and one dress was MISSING entirely! I was told they send dry cleaning out to a third party, and that they would call me when they located my dress. After over a week of unreturned phone calls, I went there in person to retrieve the items they were "doing over" and see if they had found my lost dress. All of the dresses that were "redone" were still stained, and it turns out that they had found the missing dress, just didn't bother to call me, and when they brought it out to me it was covered on the front and back in what looks to be coffee -- these are brand new stains that happened while the dress was in their possession. This dress cost me $175 and is now ruined, and they refused to credit me back the $190 I paid for their cleaning services, which they did NOT complete since my clothing is currently in worse shape than it was when I left it in their care-- I would have been better off setting $190 on fire, and then dumping a pot of coffee on my dress for good measure. To add insult to injury, when I told the employee working how upset I was at how this was all handled and that they would be losing my business, she told me "that's fine, I don't care", and actually gave me an attitude. I've never felt so disrespected, and cannot believe a place like this is operational. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else!!!

UPDATE (1 Month Later): Notice the owner's reply below…read moreclaiming they would "review everything carefully" and "follow up directly." It has now been over a month, and no one has ever reached out. That response was purely for public relations. They cut 5 inches off an irreplaceable vintage Pucci dress without consent, ruined the hem with mismatched fabric, and have done zero to make it right or compensate for destroying a vintage piece. Zero follow-through, zero accountability, and complete disregard for client garments. Save your valued items and stay far away.

My experience with Tony Tubs has been consistently terrible. They've raised their prices twice this…read moreyear -- jumping from $1.25 per pound to $1.75 per pound -- and the quality has gone downhill at the same time. I specifically told them not to use bleach on colored clothes because the first time they did, my colored clothes came back with bleach stains. It happened again, even after I told them not to use it. I brought the damaged shirt in to show them, and when I returned with the same shirt later, they accused me of bringing in a different one. I asked to speak with the boss, and was told twice that he would review the video and get back to me. He never called, never followed up, and never looked into it. This was a brand‑new $25 shirt, completely ruined. If you plan on having your clothes cleaned at Tony Tubs, do NOT ask for bleach -- and don't expect management to take responsibility when something goes wrong.
