Don't use their ATM machine -says 2.99 service charge -then my bank statement says an extra 2.50 surcharge - I guess you can pull that crap if you want but then you lose my business - they prob don't care anyway - too overcrowded anyway - glad my laundromat days are temporary- hate these places read more

seems like a lot of people have clothing 'lost' when they take them to Tony's Tubs- now we are the latest victims. They made my favorite hoodie 'disappear' in their care, denied it happened, and basically gave me a 'so what?' attitude. Not sure if they are either thieves or merely incompetent, either way I will NEVER again trust them with my laundry. If I could give zero stars I would. Crooks- the very least they could have done was offer to pay for what they made disappear while in their care. Definitely untrustworthy read more

This is the worst laundromat on all of Long Island, nay, the country! The people who work there are rude and awful. I won't even go into the crazy harassing encounter I had with a staffer - just suffice to say I would rather do my laundry on the rocks in the bay. But luckily, I don't have to the BEST laundromat on Long Island is over in Southampton. read more

The 1st review may have been spot on a few years back. But my recent experience over the last year or so is otherwise. Sure, the girls are very sweet who do the wash & fold service. Actually, they are VERY attentive. But, the laundry always seems to come back smelling like dirty water because they don't use softener. At dollar/pound, your laundry should at least smell fresh -You will plug quarter after to quarter into the dryers to get your clothes to dry. Why? The owners do not regularly vac out the lint or service the dryers. Was there one night when an owner took off the dryer's face cover.....the machines are all wadded up with lint & lost items & materials. It's amazing they haven't caught fire yet. This gives me the sense that the owners either don't know what they're doing or are aware of the fact that the units will take longer to dry which means more $$$. The dryers in the laundromat on 39, one cycle & you're done! - the place gets jammed pack with little illegal women that bring all their laundry at once & take up 4 machines at a clip. Then, in turn hog all the dryers as well. This isn't necessarily the owner's fault. But, at the same time the girls running the wash & fold don't get involved or direct. This is a regular weeknight occurance & to boot they bring all their children, family with them. So, you're constantly walking around stepping over their kids. The place is small & cluttered to begin with. & do not walk outside to ur car for a sec with your dryer with a minute or two left. Regardless, if your clothes are dry or not, these "well mannered" patrons will pull your stuff & grab the dryer. I came back in & of course no one knows anything or speaks english. The overall experience of this establishment is well, poor or even declining. this place is just too crowded, dryers suck your $$$ & you feel hassled just trying to get a weekly chore done. Doing laundry is a hassle to begin with & who needs to contend with this crap on top of it? Better off going to Laundry Palace in RH. at least the place is bigger with more machines or the place on 39 at Sandy hollow Rd. Dryers are hotter there. read more

I like tonys tubs. They have only two large machines, but they are reasonably priced and the staff is courteous and friendly. I do my own laundry and I would recommend going early in the day before everyone decends on the place, as they are the only laundrymat for miles! read more

Hands down one of THE WORST laundry places in the hampton ever!!!! And I live out here but I refuse to go here anymore. Too many times my clothes are taken out of the washer after only minutes of being done like you can't even turn around without someone touching your stuff. There's no respect and a lot of favoritism with the workers and certain customers. They can make you so angry you'll be ready to fight. Unless you have all the patience in the world I would NOT recommend this laundry at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

The drop off service was great with washing and folding, even hanging my clothes until they LOST 20 lbs of my laundry-- including golf clothes, our bath towels, and newborn baby clothes. "Sorry" is all I got from them. read more

Beware! I used the wash and dry service every day for 6 months. In the past month I have picked up my clothes to find black spots on alot of my clothes and of course my daughters favorite baby blanket. I brought this to there attention and they re washed. The spots did not come out and when I brought it to the owners attention he would not take any responsibility and proceeded to try and blame it on me having kids. The spots are the exact pattern as the holes in the machines. I will never was with them again. read more
