I immediately became stressed about the pandemic and I needed a way to cope with my anxiety, so I started baking. That quickly turned into selling to friends and family. Towards the very end of 2020, my family made the big move from Bothell to Granite Falls. Enter 2021...my baking was taking off thanks to word of mouth, but with it a lot of new faces and questions on whether or not I'd expand. So, I gave myself a name, "Pilchuck Baking Company" because our home bakery is under the beautiful Mount Pilchuck and started the insane business process to get licensed, now here we are!
