Got a bad vibe from the very start. Definitely got the sense that he wanted to "upsell" me and…read moremake a project out of my mouth. He man-splained me on how to floss my teeth. I'm 66 yo, I know how to floss my teeth. Definitely weird that he cleaned my teeth instead of the hygienist and then he did a crappy job. Then, because he didn't bill the insurance in time, he wanted me to pay the bill. Stay away from this dentist.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. By all means DO NOT go here for anything. Don't make the…read moremistake we did by not doing your research first. My fiancé was looking for a new dentist a while back and stumbled upon this place. All he needed was a cleaning and the place was decent so he went along with it. He showed up and the dentist greeted him and said he would be cleaning his teeth. Although strange to have a dentist and not a hygienist he was flattered and had a nice conversation with the dentist. The dentist told him he needed his wisdom teeth taken out. He figured that news was coming and started trying to figure out how to go about doing so. The dentist said he could do it himself. My fiancé went ahead and made the appointment to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed. When making the appointment the secretary told him he wouldn't need a ride because he would be able to drive after the procedure. (Was not put under any anesthesia what so ever- which we were not told). This should've been our first red flag but trying to make things easy we said okay. Flash forward to last week for the surgery appointment. He did not eat before the procedure thinking he would have some sort of anesthesia but no one told us anything, no prep instructions. I also drove him anyway in case he really could not drive afterwards. When we arrived I asked the dentist how long it would take and he said on average 45 minutes to 1 hour. I decided to wait and not go home for such a short procedure. Mistake! The entire process took over 2 hours. I began thinking something went wrong. Not to mention it seems only 3 people work in the entire place. One dentist, one hygienist, and one secretary there at all times. The dentist finally came out and told me "okay I think that's enough for today. We got 2 out but he'll have to come back for the other 2." I said oh well isn't that nice. Then he proceeded to tell me my fiancé will need to come back to have his stitches removed in a week because they're not dissolvable. The dentist said he would personally call the next day to follow up/check on my fiancé and make the appointment to remove the stitches. Did not hear back from him AT ALL. Tried to call the office NUMEROUS times. No answer. Probably because only one secretary who is never there. 2 days go by and my fiancé has horrendous pain, swelling (mouth & lymph nodes) and a fever of 102 F AFTER taking Advil. Doc didn't send him with anything for pain or antibiotics. AGAIN tried to call the office no answer. I brought my fiancé to urgent care in fear of infection only 2 days later. Of course infection is suspected. Urgent care helped us more than the dentist himself and sent us with antibiotics. Curious of the dentists background I decided to Google him. Turns out he is 75 years old. This man should not be practicing NO LESS OPERATING on anyone. He did not follow up, he did not answer when needed, he did not schedule recurring appointments, he did not give thorough post op instructions or medications which led to misery for my fiancé. We will not be going back for the other 2 teeth which should have been done the first time. My fiancé is now left with an infection and fear to even have anyone touch the other side. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
