Woke up ON MOVING DAY with a flat tire. Like a dead af floppy piece of rubber attached to an axle. Service centers at dealerships are all closed on weekends, roadside assistance only covers towing, so it's up to you to figure out where to take your car. After some frantic calling I called Best Tire, and Nazar was so confident on the phone that I stopped my search immediately and just went there (in the tow truck). I showed up at 4:02 and I missed that he told me they closed at 4pm. But he REOPENED for me and fixed the tire solo in the driveway in 30 minutes. $89 all in. Great guy and I will definitely bring him all my business in the future. Also nice positive vibes in his office (see pic). read more

Best Tires & Auto Repair - Tire pre-patch - Auto Repair Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Way overpriced for a tire repair. Nazar was clearly out of it. Or he has some prejudice against Armenia and Armenians. Whatever it is, this persian-armenian made me wait for 15 minutes when he made himself approach the car. He clearly missed what I informed him about the problem. After I showed the tire in the trunk he asked 25$ twenty-five to fix it. I have always had a car, and always there was a screw in the tire, but no one in North Hollywood and Van Nuys have asked 25$. That repair is 15$ maximum. I think he was busy or something and did not want to do the tire or help me. Maybe he is a good mechanic or the best tire aligner, but be aware of his prices. read more

Needed an oil change, and when I searched I found this place with amazing reviews so figured I would check it out. Nazar and his team were fabulous! Super friendly, efficient, and quick. They did not try to upsell me on random unnecessary things, but they let me know if anything would need to be changed or fixed whenever I was ready. Just overall they were super sweet & did a great job on my car. I will definitely be back for my next oil change. :) read more

I have not had my Highlander serviced for many years. When my "Check Engine" light came on, I thought I would FINALLY bite the bullet and have a mechanic look at my car. My daughter referred me to Nazar at "Best Tires and Auto Repair" in North Hollywood, who she trusts with her car. What a terrific decision that was for me AND my car!! Nazar was amazing! Professional, competent, friendly but, most importantly, he was very open and honest - something that had not been my experience with previous mechanics. Plus, his prices seem quite reasonable. Most people, getting their car serviced just accept the estimate and hope they won't need a mask and a gun to pay for it! Nazar put my car up on the rack and he showed me where my oil leaked all over my car. I didn't have to guess why replacement valves were needed. I saw the damage close up and had no reservations about purchasing the valves. I also found it very comforting when Nazar showed me the results of a diagnostic test, because then I realized the cost of this test was essential to determine what had to be done. The estimate was exactly the price I was charged in the final bill - no surprises! When my husband drove me to pick up my car, Nazar was very kind and took the time to show my husband how to close his hood - which had been partially opened for almost 6 months! Nazar also replaced a very minor part for my husband's car, at no cost. Nazar truly earns his name "Best Tire and Auto Repair". If you want a mechanic you can trust and you know will not charge you for things you simply do not need and who will do outstanding work on your car, Nazar and "Best Tires and Auto Repairs" is your only choice! read more

When all other tire and auto repair shops wouldn't pick up the phone in the morning. Azaar answered my call and reassured me that he would get the job done. My tire had gone flat in the middle of the night. He was able to asses and get me a new tire at a great price. Got me back in the road with plenty of time to make to work early. Really appreciate the service and will return if I have any more issues. Strongly recommend you visit here if you need work done. I usually never write reviews, but he got me out of a bind. Amazing experience today. A MIRACLE HAPPENED. Chanced upon Nazar's shop next to Taco Bell in drive thru. Had flat tire light in 2011 Prius come on. Tire affected was emergency replacement rear tire that was NOT THE CORRECT SIZE put on in Bakersfield at a Truck Stop Truckers tire/repair shop . Went next door to Nazar to have air put in tire only to discover that they had the CORRECT size tire for my car. I thought I would wait. Left only 5 minutes and the flat tire light came on AGAIN. Went right back to Nazar and..his shop Best Tires and Auto Repair replaced the damaged old tire that was an emergency replacement with CORRECT size Tire at a great price. I was then able to drive all the way to Bakersfield. A MIRACLE. Thank you Nazar!! read more

I purchased a used tire from this place because I needed one in a pinch. The tire looks ok but they didn't check for any air leaks or balance the tire. When I told the guy if he balanced the tire he told me he did when I was watching him the whole time. Then as I was leaving they wanted to throw the old tire in my trunk, he then charged me more to leave it here. I asked him for a receipt and he said I can't give you a receipt for the tire he said "I can write that we did a tire rotation" I am overall not happy with the experience. I needed a tire because the old one got damaged so I didn't have another choice since I was already down the street, I would not recommend. read more

I came to Nazzar for an oil change and discovered that my newly purchased tires from JJs in Pacoima had a bubble and crack already. He tried his best to give me the best deal he could on tires and explained everything perfectly. Apparently other shops paint their used tires before selling. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and has integrity in his work. I will be returning here for future maintenance. read more

This is my top-of-the-list recommend, go-to mechanic shop. Just returned from brake and strut service on my VW, and once again Nazar did excellent work for a very fair price. The car is driving great, squeak free -- and Nazar checked the rotor and pad wear first: he was able to safely resurface them, saved me huge in new parts costs! That's a trustworthy, honest guy going the extra mile for his customer. A good friend recommended him to me, I'm passing the good fortune along to y'all. read more

Nazar saved our trip. We were traveling in our 1998 RV to Joshua Tree for Thanksgiving when our brake booster and valve went out on the freeway. We turned up to Nazar's shop after being turned away from a couple of other shops that didn't want to deal with the large RV. Nazar diagnosed the problem and sourced the parts after numerous attempts with part dealers. It was obvious that Nazar loved what he was doing and a few hours later we were back on the road. You made our trip possible. read more
