Woke up ON MOVING DAY with a flat tire. Like a dead af floppy piece of rubber attached to an axle. Service centers at dealerships are all closed on weekends, roadside assistance only covers towing, so it's up to you to figure out where to take your car. After some frantic calling I called Best Tire, and Nazar was so confident on the phone that I stopped my search immediately and just went there (in the tow truck). I showed up at 4:02 and I missed that he told me they closed at 4pm. But he REOPENED for me and fixed the tire solo in the driveway in 30 minutes. $89 all in. Way overpriced for a tire repair. Nazar was clearly out of it. Or he has some prejudice against Armenia and Armenians. Whatever it is, this persian-armenian made me wait for 15 minutes when he made himself approach the car. He clearly missed what I informed him about the problem. After I showed the tire in the trunk he asked 25$ twenty-five to fix it. I have always had a car, and always there was a screw in the tire, but no one in North Hollywood and Van Nuys have asked 25$. That repair is 15$ maximum. I think he was busy or something and did not want to do the tire or help me. Maybe he is a good mechanic or the best tire aligner, but be aware of his prices. read more

I have not had my Highlander serviced for many years. When my "Check Engine" light came on, I thought I would FINALLY bite the bullet and have a mechanic look at my car. My daughter referred me to Nazar at "Best Tires and Auto Repair" in North Hollywood, who she trusts with her car. What a terrific decision that was for me AND my car!! Nazar was amazing! Amazing experience today. A MIRACLE HAPPENED. Chanced upon Nazar's shop next to Taco Bell in drive thru. Had flat tire light in 2011 Prius come on. Tire affected was emergency replacement rear tire that was NOT THE CORRECT SIZE put on in Bakersfield at a Truck Stop Truckers tire/repair shop . Went next door to Nazar to have air put in tire only to discover that they had the CORRECT size tire for my car. I thought I would wait. Left only 5 minutes and the flat tire light came on AGAIN. I purchased a used tire from this place because I needed one in a pinch. The tire looks ok but they didn't check for any air leaks or balance the tire. When I told the guy if he balanced the tire he told me he did when I was watching him the whole time. Then as I was leaving they wanted to throw the old tire in my trunk, he then charged me more to leave it here. I asked him for a receipt and he said I can't give you a receipt for the tire he said "I can write that we did a tire rotation" I am overall not happy with the experience. I needed a tire because the old one got damaged so I didn't have another choice since I was already down the street, I would not recommend. read more
