I negotiated a price on a bed for $400. I went in today to pick it up and asked about a bar that we discussed on my prior visit. A gentleman by the name of Mike totally flipped out and told me he was not gonna be talked to or treated like I was treating him only because I asked him which bar he was referring to. He went to the register and threw my 400 bucks back at me on a deal we already negotiated Buyers beware of this establishment. The owner/gentleman running this place knows little about customer service or how to deal with the public.

When I texted the girl that dropped it off, she "read" my messages and didn't reply back.. Emily told me "there's NO notes in the system saying anything about damage to your couch, or tables, and there was no manager on duty to speak to" witch I find very odd.... Iv been a manager and there should ALWAYS BE ONE IN STORE?!?! Regardless, can't seem to get ahold of anyone. I told Emily to have the manager call me back ASAP because it was urgent... and still I have yet to hear from anyone... I don't even want to damn furniture anymore, I am so so SO disappointed in this store. I will never use them again!! I have been in contact with there corporate office and left a complaint with them as well, they said someone from the district will be getting back to me in about 3 days. So we shall see.
