Used to be on the best goodwill stores by far. Not sure what happened in the past year but t shirts were 2.29 now they're 5.49-9.49. All button down shirts used to be 5.49 now theyre all 9.49 or 11.99....... Whoever runs this store is awful read more

This store has surely declined in the past year or so. The customer service is poor. There is one older lady with glasses that usually has her hair pulled back, that is particularly rude. She has even addressed my brother and I, unprovoked, to ask "what are y'all resellers?'" We're not.. not that it's her business either way. She always has a poor attitude with the other staff and even customers. Today at my turn in line she simply said "ready?" And I said "yes ma'am, how is it going?" She could've said anything in the world, but she chose to look at me as if I called her out of her name. Then she refused to sell me a blanket because the tag was missing. There has been maybe two or three other times that I've found an item I like with no tag on it and the other cashiers don't have a problem pricing it on the spot. She carries herself as if it's her pleasure to be condescending and it shows lack of character, customer service and furthermore professionalism in the workplace. Very unfortunate to expect this experience from my local goodwill. Harvest House is my new go-to. read more

I usually come here to drop off any old/used items. I went through the back to drop off ONE bag full of clothes. The guy with a hat on mid 40s, dark hair. Didn't say hello, nothing. Just said "it's gonna be a minute. We need to unload this truck" and walked away. Ok well first off nice manners. Second, I just needed to drop off one single bag, didn't need a recipt or anything. Just a bag to put next to all the other items outside. Well the man rolled his eyes and said whatever and shook his head. Oh I'm sorry to be a bother, I will not be returning here again. Burleson store. Employees at drop off were extremely rude. One worker refused to get out of front in front of our car to allow us to leave. I could hear them saying not to take our donations because I chose to get them out of the back of the car myself. I had items that weren't going to be donated and I didn't want or need someone going through my car. I won't be back. read more

I bought a bed frame in a box. I got home and found out we had one, so I took it back the same day. I got there and they said I couldn't get a refund on it. It cost 60.00 and they didn't even want to give me store credit. It took forever for them to take it back. read more

They had some cute stuff I loved but on my way to the dressing room the lady stated she was about to shut them down just bc they had so many clothes to deal w already but other people were using them so why can't I? So I proceeded to go in the open one though I was uncomfortable thinking I was doin somthing wrong when all I wanna do is purchase clothes Ik will fit me for sure. Nothing but gossip about hating other coworkers while I was changing. Very toxic woman here which is sad bc they are very grown. read more

As far as Goodwill Stores go, this is one of the better ones. Being away from the bigger city allows for a better selection in a cleaner environment. We will be coming back on a regular basis. read more

This is the largest and best Goodwill Store I've ever been in. But then it is Texas..... Always find a good barging here.

I am not usually a good will fan. I stopped in while dropping off some donations. The place was so busy! It's huge. Racks and Racks of clothes. The floor is super dusty so you leave with dust all over anything near the ground. The staff were friendly and nice, but whoa! Not sure what to say about the "goodwill superstore." read more

2 stars because you can find come cheap "good" t-shirts. But clothes and housewares items have gone up in price.....way too high for Goodwill. Come on Goodwill!.....ALL of this stuff is Donated for free to you. You have gone up on prices, which some are a joke. I will not buy "Danskin" black shorts for $7.99 when I can go to Walmart and buy them brand new for $8. If kids clothes are $1 {which they should be, or close to}, that is FULL PROFIT for you! Now you have gone up so much, kids jackets are $8, some higher. YOU ARE GOODWILL I still see the garage sale sticker on some stuff and you charge more than that! Also, whatever genius started hanging the short/pants sideways should be fired. There is no reason to do so and it's very aggravating. Now you have to unclip everything to look at it properly. Also, there are 4 registers. 4. Please put more than 1 person on them, also they are very chatty, or slow with a long line. Everyone is looking around for help or complaining to each other. Also, with the salary of "Non Profit" charities, I will no longer gift you my items for you to continue to profit off of Freebies. I will gift it to friends, for free. read more

We love to shop Thrift Stores. The prices here are truly discounted and the used merchandise is in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store is clean inside and outside. We will be shopping here again. read more

This is the neatest Goodwill I've ever visited. I've been to Goodwill's in Louisiana and California, and none of those compare to the Goodwill in Burleson. The items for sale, the organization, the employees, and even the customers were great. I went on a Wednesday when everything was half off. I was able to rack up on clothes for my children. I also grabbed a long sleeve shirt for myself during my visit. I've recently become a "thrifty" shopper. Like I've always bought cheap clothing, but very rarely at a thrift store. When I checked out, I purchased 38 items for $39. I was blown away! Every item in the store that was DONATED was 50% off, since it was that Wednesday (I'm not sure how often they do that). That's including clothing, toys, furniture, knick knacks, dishes, accessories, EVERYTHING! I didn't have the time to look everywhere, but I'm glad I did get the chance to stop by. I will definitely return in the future. read more

This Goodwill has ridiculously OVERPRICED ITEMS you can get for half the price at a regular Walmart. I needed a wall clock for my barn so I found one suitable enough so I asked someone working there if I could have a battery to make sure it worked and was told "we don't provide batteries to check them." So I asked, "how do I know if this clock works then?" I was told "you won't." so I then asked if I could bring clock back if it didn't work and they said I could not! I have shopped at Goodwills all over the United States and have always had appliances checked out and a sticker on the item that would confirm it works, plus batteries put in by a store clerk to show that it works.... don't waste your time shopping in this one. I was never a goodwill shopper until i moved into a better area. I drove by this location and stopped in just to kill my curiosity and walked out with like 6 bags full of NAME BRAND clothing, most with tags still attached! I visit this one and another one not far. This one claims to me a "superstore", i do not know what the criteria is to be considered a superstore but I dont feel this location is... the other location i visit is an old grocery store, it is HUGE and often has better items due to it's location - but it is not a "superstore"... ANYWAY back on the farm.... This Goodwill is nice, people are kind and it is typically clean. I always look at labels, I have found several juicy couture pieces, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein and so on. Some pieces are priced a little high, and sometimes they receive donations that still have garage sale price stickers on them and they don't take them off before slapping theirs on.. i found a vase that had a $1 garage sale sticker on and they put their tag on for $3.99. HAHAHAHA Put it down and back away.... read more

This is my new favorite place to shop. I found a Fisher Price basket ball goal for my grandkids for $6.99!! $36.99 on Amazon so such a bargain. Staff is super friendly and store is full of great items from clothing to dishes. I saw a lady buy an incredible leather couch for $99.00. They have a big selection of Halloween stuff right now too! I love this place! I only buy clothes here. They have some great brands for cheap, cheap, cheap. It is cleaner and more organized than most Goodwills but the longer it is open the less clean and organized it gets. None of that stops me from leaving here with a big bag of clothes everytime. I do have to plan on being in the store for more than an hour sometimes two. It takes a long time to dig through everything to find stuff I like in my size and then try it on in the fitting room. Well worth my time though. read more

This is a big store but sometimes messy; cluttered dirty floors. Lots lots of clothing. Bargains sometimes. If you look for the tag color of the day from front post ; then you get half off or when they have half price day; everythings half off. You have to ask when that is. But some things are pricey; $ used shoes $7.99 ; I think thats to much. They are used!! They were at one time good on pricing but now they bumped up the prices on everything. Some clothes are more than Walmart prices. They are used clothes ; people!!!! NOT NEW; gave to you FREE!! HELP US POOR PEOPLE OUT; we come here for bargains ; we are not shopping at retail stores. GOODWILL IS SUPPOSE TO BE A BIG USED GARAGE SALE WITH GREAT PRICES ; not more than a retail chain store. I seen some items that you buy from dollar tree and they put sticker by their price more than it was new. DUH!! :) NEW $1.00 then $3.00 ???? Did it get antique from home to goodwill?? But its ok all in all to to shop ; you just got to look for the bargains. The people are friendly though ; they got that going for them at least. GO FOR IT BUT BEWARE of sticker shock on some items. Friendly staff, GREAT place for bargains. I have personally picked up 7 DESIGNER bags, that's right DESIGNER bags, including Coach (yes, it's real, I know the difference), Guess, and various other not so well known designers - however when I looked up their original prices on the websites, I was STAGGERED by the money I saved by shopping for used bags. I would say for $4 or $2 (half price day) per purse, it's money well spent. AND it's WAY cheaper than Wal-mart's pitiful non designer bags. Most of the purses are GENTLY used, and some even have the original price tags still attached. I just got a leather Kate van Zandt, and a suede leather Tignanello bags, $4 each, but originally sold for $139 and $89 on the designer website I consulted. I often find BRAND NEW purses, with the original tags still on. Yes, it's a bit crowded, yes it's a bit dusty, but if you want some really nice stuff that you can afford, just trudge through everything, look CAREFULLY, or you'll miss all the great Ralph Lauren shirts (I have 7 of them, all for fall, and were $3 - $5 each), They have lots of designer clothes if you have the patience to sift through them, you'll be amazed at how cheap it is to own nice designer clothes! If you're a fashionista on a tight budget, this is the place to check out. It takes time to sort through the clothes, it's a bit warm in the store, but your efforts will always be rewarded. read more
