Options club is nice. We can talk (not about murder, suicide, sex, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, or…read moremiscellaneous triggers ), as an older man I can't ask "where are you from?" Or any question that makes younger women feel "creepy ", one time we talked about cells in plant life, Battle of Gettysburg , Astrophysics (what is at the other end of a black hole?). If you don't have a car or you got DUI and can't drive it looks like Myride Greater New Haven transit headquarters Hamden ct. Where is North Branford! New Haven, East Haven, Branford and cut North into North Branford. Options is across the street from a large apple orchard.

If you value your mental health do not walk through the doors. FIND ALTERNATE CAREGIVERS…read more Unfortunate that a place that is a NON-PROFIT this is all for profit and not their clients needs. They attempt to monopolize on your sickness and make them your EXCLUSIVE provider. (With horrific care, no appointments, poor leadership, broken elevators, and poor health care all around) Disaster from day one at initial intake process. Till last day walked out in total disparity. If you are competent and have any common sense this is NOT the place for you. It's for way under functioning CAPACITY individuals. You spend more time chasing their employees to do their job. IOP- DBT- Jenna is amazing, but the passive aggressive attitude from one of the clinicians isn't very helpful. But they do the best they can. Honestly you get in what you put out here. Case Management: 2nd biggest failure with this company. Requested case management at initial intake 7/18. 1st the request "glitched" and was never received.... Spend every day after iop trying to follow up. Finally got a meeting with LISA RAND who had all these great things to say and would get someone to help me. Gave me a case worker that was never there. But no one would tell me why. They (front desk) would say I'll send a message to her. I had an eviction case to prepare for and the case manager never showed up. Then when the office finally tracked her down she came down and said "well, let's go" like I did something wrong sitting there waiting for 45 minutes.... I was not comfortable meeting with this individual so requested a new case manager. Then I was the bad guy.... The excuse offered was that she was in a meeting in a dead zone then ended with celebrating Lisa Rands surprise birthday..... New case manager was nice and TRUTHFUL. Just not very helpful for my situation. HOUSING: LIES LIES LIES DO NOT BELIEVE THEM THAT THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH HOUSING. They lie and will string you along. I was feed so many lies that I'm now living in my car. I'm glad that I have their housing manager BOBBI JO on recording lying about housing and back stepping from things previously said. I was told Because of my severe medical conditions that I could be bumped up THE WAITLIST so I wouldn't be homeless and living in my car. I was also told that LISA AND BOBBI JO were working with the Columbus house med res floor for when the eviction happened. After being told 4 different things from 4 different people I met with Kathleen , Lisa and BobbiJo whereas they looked at me like I had 10 heads and was purple.... Clearly there was a severe communication problem or something was wrong. There is an email stating the previous" working on solutions for client" and is now being denied it exists. Too bad others already said it does and IT will pull it. Many of the mental health agencies around the state send people to BH care for their housing because that is what they are told and unfortunately BH care does nothing. Dr. Allen Ferrucci of Ortho Now misdiagnosed me and told me I needed surgery on my ankle ASAP!…read more They also was sent home and told that my ankle was broken and they gave me a boot which did not fit properly. I also was not given lifts to make my walking even. And I subsequently fell once again because the boot was not fitted correctly and was not given lifts to make my walking even!! I thank God that I got a second opinion from another doctor from Yale. She was amazing and said I did NOT need surgery and my foot was not broken!! She strongly recommended PT at a PT center of my choice which has been very beneficial. I believe Ortho Now is a racket!! They have their own PT center, which is awful, their own MRI place and of course their own surgery center!! I sense money is OrthoNow's main objective when they are treating injured people. To sum up, avoid OrthoNow like the plague! In summary they misdiagnosed me, they gave me a boot which did not fit properly and then to add insult to more injury Dr Ferrucci strongly insisted that I have UNNEEDED ankle surgery ASAP!! A word to the wise seek out another orthopedic practice before going to OrthoNow. Your Skelton will Thank You!!

I paid $100.81 which was the amount I owed. OrthoNow has sent me three bills since October for the same amount broken into different confugurations of $100.81. I paid the bill and I'm never going back there. Ridiculous! Also, I got three X-rays- Medicare pays for x-rays, btw.
