Paradise AIr answered the phone on the second ring. A friendly lady took my information and set me up for a 1 pm - 3 pm appointment window. About 12:45 pm the same day Paradise called and said Service Technician Ronnie was on his way. Ronnie arrived just before 1 pm. Ronnie greeted me professionally and quickly found that my A/C system was 6 pounds low on coolant. Ronnie serviced my A/C system and filled the coolant. Ronnie was done in an hour. Given that the call was made at 10 am Friday morning and my Air Conditioner / Heat Pump was performing well, and service was completed by 2 pm, I give Paradise Air FIVE STARS for this visit! Great Job, Ronnie and Paradise Air!
